Was my go to protein powder supplier, but am seriously reconsidering. Order placed 15 days ago and only had to go Gold Coast to Melbourne. Order has not been delivered. All I get from the call centre is, it’s on its way. I get deliveries from US suppliers quicker.

Whoever there delivery company is there absolutely pathetic, ordered on the 28 feb and still waiting. It’s been in the same spot in qld since the 3rd of march . Anyone would think it’s coming from the other side of the world. Definitely won’t be ordering again unless they change providers.

Does not mix well.
Makes lumps that cannot be mixed and overly sweet.
Will not buy again.

I recently bought the grass fed WPC, thinking they are as goog as the reviews, but only to find out how that there is all kind of stuff that a healthy grass fed WPC would not have, such as cheap artificial sweetener ( sucralose, yes not stevia or mongkfruit but sucralose!), soy lecithin, food additives. I did not expect any of these stuffs, and they did not provide the ingredient list on their website, knowing if they did, no one would buy. The protein is super sweet, that makes me feel very sick afterwards. I will not buy again, there are many better healthier choices out there.

Terrible experience with the website. I tried multiple times to order and it wouldn’t process. It kept saying I had an empty cart so I just gave up and bought another brand on another website. Then 20 minutes later I got an email saying my order had been received. I had to check my bank just to make sure and it processed my payment. They must be using a charging system that re attempts a payment if it didn’t go through the first time. I tried emailing them straightaway to cancel the order but the next morning I got an email saying it had shipped. Later that day I got a notification saying my email had bounced so don’t bother using the address that sends the order confirmation (it’s not a noreply mailbox so thought it could take replies). I’ve ended up having to contact my bank to reverse the payment.

Purchased 6 bags of protein from BBP, 4 WPC and 2 Casein. The WPC is fine, nothing special. It's cheap.

But the casein was a disaster. Why? Because it's not casein, it's WPC/WPI blend! It contains zero casein. Not only is it obvious when you try to mix it, but it even says so on the ingredients list, and the website!

Ok, this could be an honest mistake. So I contact customer service. They want me to return the product to them for a refund. In other words they're sending out bad products and now they want the customer to do the leg work to make make it right? Reading the other reviews here this seems like a trend, they're sending out batches of 'whatever' and relying on customers not jumping through hoops to make a return.

It gets better, here's a direct quote from them

"We apologise for the inconvenience.
The other protein brand you mentioned uses Millecular Casein, while we you Milk Protein Isolate."

Do you really trust this company? I sure don't.

I'm out $60 and some time. I'm left with a product I don't need or want.

I have been using Blackbelt Protein products for over 4.5 years and have been loving it! Never had an issue. Their prices are affordable, they use clean ingredients & have a great range of flavours to choose from. I love to use different flavours interchangeably for when I make high protein sweets, so their unique range of flavours means I’ll never get bored with flavours & works wonders for my cooking.

Buyer Beware! The last 4x 1Kg packages I purchased were tasteless and do not mix well. Post a dozen plus emails to their support, I got nowhere. Product is useless, wonder what other ingredients are missing? Have gone back to Optimum Nutrition. ‘You get what you pay for’.

Best protein on the market. The protella and Turkish delight are my faves

I love the variety of flavours. Salted Caramello is my fav. Vanilla and raw have been great for cooking with. Putting on muscle whilst losing fat has never been this tasty.

Soo delicious, I got the protella flavour and it’s the yummiest one I’ve ever had I can’t wait to finish it and try the other flavours. Shipping was a little slow but that’s not black belts fault and their customer service was excellent! Please try it
