I have bought two of their watches now. They are unique and very special watches. The service is really good and swift and the packaging is wow.

The delivery was just dropped on my doorstep. Which obviously went missing as I live on a busy street near a city center. Then they bounced me between themselves and the courier everi. Not dealing with the issue it's took more than a week to only be offered a replacement. Which won't arrive in time for my daughter's birthday. Very bad customer service. No phone contact everything done via email which take sometimes more than 24hrs to be responded to. If they had resolved promptly I wouldn't have minded the loss. They and everi could have communicated between themselves to ensure better service. Instead they both acted badly. Not cheap should never have just been dumped on the doorstep. Not good

The watch I bought my wife is beautiful. She absolutely loves it. But it's the service I received afterwards with a small issue with the band. I can honestly say in all my 57 years of living I have never received such prompt replys and their willingness to make sure my issue was resolved promptly. Thankyou!! Will definitely use this company again.

I’m over the moon with my watch from Black by blue brave , it’s so elegant and dainty, love the fact it has a diamond in the dial, loving the pink dial, also the second circle hand , it was worth the wait, getting compliments on it already x

My partner got me one of the Cherry Blossom watches for Christmas, and it is absolutely beautiful. It could come across as a little difficult to read for some people, but I don't have any issues with it. It is sturdy, and is exactly how they described it would be.

I owe 2 of their beautiful watches, the prices are very affordable and the quality and workmanship is excellent. The customer service I got from Dave and Elsa is above and beyond. Thanks

The watch is beautiful! Especially cuz I’m a butterfly lover. The design is exquisite. The staff are friendly and professional, Elsa Fang in particular who was very prompt with replying to my emails. The tracking system with regards to delivery is also very efficient.
