excellent communication and delivery well ahead of schedule

Easy, quick and the products were exactly as advertised.

I didn't understand why I payed taxes in the beginning and then payed taxes again before delivered.

Bought GT86 parts and garnishes. At first I was skeptical. Took a bit before item got dispatched. But I assumed its because they are acquiring stock. Product I ordered arrive eventually. Well packed complete with instructions on install.

Small items are cheap to ship. And arrive fast when dispatched.

Big items arrive fast too but will incur high shipping cost, because they use dhl.

But if you don't mind then its good.

If not, stick to small items.

Id buy from them again.

Only wished they have boat shipping. I know its 3-4 months wait. But it would be cheaper to ship bulky items.

Quality japanese performance parts at affordable prices, great firendly customer service made it easy to be a regular customer, while building my project, will definatly reccommend Blackhawk Japan to other jdm car lovers in New Zealand.

At lease you have to let the customer know when order, update them why and when will the eta time.

The lead time was immediately communicated, and they made sure I was comfortable with it before moving forward. To my surprise, the items were delivered 60 days earlier than expected! Tracking was uploaded into the Shop app when it was available and was active as soon as it was added. Everything was smooth and well-handled from start to finish. Great experience!

I purchased an item off their website, paid in full including shipping. I received an order confirmation email. i then received an email telling me the item wasnt in stock, and that I would be fully refunded. they have never refunded my money. Absolute scam!

I think this is the only part i’ve ever bought for my car (1992 mr2 rev 1) that’s ever fit first time with my issues at all. This is the third full exhaust system i’ve bought and the quality of the welds and the finish on the material is far superior to anything i’ve had before. It also came with all the hardware I could possibly need, which was a pleasant surprise given that i could not find the hardware anywhere. Their customer service was also very good and the shipping was over a month before I was expecting to receive the item. Overall, probably the best experience i’ve had buying upgraded parts for this car since i’ve owned it. Definitely well worth the money and slightly longer waiting time (only 2 weeks or so). I can strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for aftermarket parts for their japanese cars.
