Needed a replacement laptop
Needed a replacement laptop, found Blackmore IT and gave them a ring, explained my needs for my laptop and received excellent advice on which laptop would cover my needs. I placed an order and the laptop arrived within a few days, it was packed very securely.The Dell Latitude 5300 was very easy to set up, it is a very clean and fully working laptop, I hope it will last me a long time.
I would highly recommend Blackmore IT for your needs, a very efficient company.

Great price, great ipad
I’ve never thought about buying a second hand - sorry, refurbished- iPad before but the prices are really excellent and cleverly they give you a 6 month warranty
My iPad even though “cat b”, supposedly a few scratches, actually looks like new and works great
Not sure I will ever be buying new from now on

Good product selection
Good product selection, good pricing and speedy easy-to-follow process. Only weakness is that there is no guidance advice with the product received, which for a non-technical person like myself slows down the process of getting the product into usage. The problem is more me than them, but a bit of idiot-proofing would have been a plus!

Well wrapped luckily.
Well wrapped luckily and promptly despatched. Royal mail left the package under a bench in the garden so completely soaked before I discovered the delivery only through checking tracking. No apparent damage luckily but package was so wet that i failed to notice the charger at one end of the box until the soggy mess was in the bin. Top and bottom of laptop very clean, keyboard acceptable but edges around ports a little "sticky". Obviously been well used before being cleaned by Blackmore. At least 80% charge in the battery so overall very happy but unfortunate that the charger wasnt also plastic wrapped or included on the packing list.
