I ordered a pair of boots from this Company,had to chase order and received 3 weeks later.They came from China with no paperwork and description on parcel was "pillowcase". I have since tried to return them as they were too big for my size 6 ! I requested return details with no success and then was promised a replacement pair free of charge size 5 1/2 ,had to chase these and promised they would arrive soon, nothing has arrived to date.The contact is always Jeanne . Like many other reviews I wish I had checked with Trust Pilot first 😂

Slow delivery updates and no ETA for item.
I wanted a quick sale so instead of waiting to go into a nearby town to buy something I foolishly decided to try a new online store without checking trust pilot... (lesson learnt, let's not go down that road).
I was not aware the item would be shipped from China (not an issue in itself for certain items with full disclose and an estimated shipping duration).
I followed up 5 days after placing the order and was told it hasn't been processed yet due to holidays. I then asked to cancel and was told no. Miraculously the shipping status changed to order confirmed and I asked to cancel as the item had not been was not in transit. Miraculously the shipping status changed to shipped.
The saga continues. I'm not even sure what date the item that I've asked to cancel will or won't turn up.

I ordered a pair of cycling trainers and paid for them on their ad they would be with me in a few days as they were in stock I have been waiting 2 weeks in that time I rang them and was fobbed off by a representative who said they were on there way, no way would I use the company again or recommend them

Shysters. Avoid.

Terrible company. Ordered a RC car from them for my son. Ordered on the 26th of December, now it's 4th of February and still has not arrived, they send you a tracking number which says item cannot be found. Contacted them several times and they blame it on the global pandemic. Company is a complete joke, never use them.

Ordered heated jacket for Christmas. When it arrived the sleeves were too short. Emailed them they said they would send out bigger size but not to bother sending back. I did not ask for bigger size. The replacement jacket the sleeves still too short. They told me because they had sent a replace I couldn't have money back. Argued with them and they said send them back for full refund. But you need to send them to China. Price cheapest £50.00. I should have taken notice of the reviews.Dont trust them

Hi to whom this may concern,
It’s been 2 extra weeks and I still haven’t received my product, extremely difficult to communicate with aswell. I would please like to get a refund as it has been 6 weeks.

Received pair of golf shoes which had a defect. Called them and was told to dispose of them as they did not want them back and they would send a replacement pair. I waited 3 months with no shoes! I contacted them and said that because they had not sent them back. I called them again and they refused to send replacement. 60 pounds lost!!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Having waited a long time for myitem which was measured against my partner before buying so would be correct fit…it didn’t fit.would fit a child not an adult,asked for a refund and return address to be told at least 4 times by “Jeannie” That they would send a new product out which I didn’t want,I was then told I would have to send the product back myself to china which on the website states returns go to London,when I emailed this back I was then ignored,that was on the 8th January and heard nothing since,this order was placed on the 9th December and had nothing but trouble with it since,I won’t be sending it to china when all I have read is people not getting their money back and awful customer service!

This is one of the most appalling companies I have ever had dealings with and I urge everyone to avoid them at all costs.
I ordered some black car wax many months ago. Firstly I was sent the wrong product then I entered the hell of trying to make personal contact to get the right product. What sounded suspiciously like a 'bot' responded and said that the right product would be sent (after I sent a photo of the wrong delivery). After a couple of months I contacted them again and they thanked me for my patience and said the right product was on its way. After two more months nothing had arrived and I contacted them at least three more times again, but got no response at all. They have kept my money and I have been forced to look elsewhere after four months of waiting. I will certainly never shop with Blxck Norway again.

What sort of a company is this?
My father ordered a heated jacket on the 17th November as a Christmas present and still not received! After numerous emails with Jeannie telling me she will re order, I have received nothing not even a tracking number. This is disgusting to be treated like this, I have now requested a refund let's wait and see if it happens. Anyone thinking of ordering off this site then please don't!!!!

Similar experience to other reviewers. Ordered a dog coat which took 26 days to arrive, very poor quality and nothing like the description. Returned for a refund and have had no communication from them despite tracking showing they have had it for 8 days, have emailed but no response.

My robot vacuum broke after a few weeks. I contacted customer service and they send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement is faulty as well. I have contacted customer service numerous times by email and their online form, but they have not responded to at all.

UPDATE: BLXCK NORWAY replied to the above review and asked me to contact them on another email. They have now refunded the price of the vacuum. Thank you Ben.

Absolutely dreadful. DO NOT USE. Goods are shipped from China. Moroccan law applies. Part of icicosmetic.ltd which has 1 director who is a Moroccan resident - Oussama Ben Zahra.

Shocking company. Do not use. Heated jacket arrived late, without powerpack and am fighting with them to get a full refund (and not return the item to China). A complete scam and not a European website as I had thought. Customer service pushes hard to get you to keep the item and then goes quiet. Avoid.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Cheap clothing shipped from China (which isn't clear on the website) then when you have a problem and want to return it, they keep you hanging on with promises of "you'll never be at a loss" until the return period expires and then ignore you.

Ordered a jacket for my son for school but a completely different one arrived. Cheap inferior quality and not something any of us would wear. Jeannie emailed a couple of times and now nothing. Do not order from these guys they are my first scam I’ve fallen for. They say they will be bummed if you are not 100% satisfied but that’s a lie.

AVOID
I bought two heated jackets and a heated sleeveless jacket. Took ages to arrive from china. The sleeveless one has a cut in it, and the other two are not as described. They have no heating pads in areas listed. I was I touch with them the next day but after requesting photos, they ignored me until they said it was over 14 days so I could not return even though the law would suggest differently. I suspect that I will have to claim via the small claims court as they are ignoring me again. Please don’t buy anything as will likely be very dissatisfied and frustrated with their lack of customer service.

ordered golf shoes before i read the reviews. feared the worst. waited and waited contacted the support who were hopeless. but suddenly details of despatch to hong kong then to heath row then to depot the they turned up. Fantastic pair of shoes.
