SCAM company.
Not based in the UK , based in China. Refund options useless.

Don't use them.

Ordered before I realised it was coming from. I was given a tracking number that after several weeks showed as Returned to Sender.
I emailed website to be given another tracking number which shows either In Transit or Returned, depending where I look.
Seems very much like a scam.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

Couldn't evan be bothered to answer emails, false advertising for UK products, do not buy from black norway otherwise you will get scammed!

“Jeannie” says all the right things, but your purchase will take a full month to arrive as it’s coming from China. if it arrives, it might be what you’ve ordered, and it might work, or it might not. Frustratingly and unnecessarily deceitful from start to finish.

Nothing arrived - no contact and 20 pounds down the drain.
Avoid !!!

I ordered 2 x Magnetic Energy Bracelets in September 2024.
After chasing, they eventually arrived in October 2024.
When they did arrive, one of the bracelets was unusable as the hole for the strap was blocked.
I reported this and was told that another one would be sent out and I did not have to return the faulty bracelet. I therefore disposed of the bracelet as it was faulty and useless.
Between October and 7th January 2025 I did not receive any replacement despite chasing numerous times. They also said that they didn't have the correct shipping address which was untrue as I had previously confirmed this with them.
On the 7th of January I requested a full refund.
I then stopped receiving email responses from them and I could only contact them through your website.
Yesterday they emailed me and offered a 30% discount but said that if I wanted a full discount that you would only do this if I sent the faulty item to China.
I purchased the bracelet from a UK company. They previously stated that the bracelet did not need to be returned. As stated, the bracelet has been disposed of as it was faulty and useless.
All I want is a full refund for the bracelet.
I have tried emailing their admin email address but no response.

Shocking company - please do not buy from them.

Took 25 days to get to me - only 15 days too late for the birthday I bought it for and then only part of order delivered. Shocking service/

Do not use this company!! Item ordered early December and incorrect item received. Despite regular emails the correct item has still not been received, requests for a refund have been ignored. The company leads you to believe that the goods are coming from UK but actually come from China.
Dreadful customer service!

I ordered a pair of shoes on 5 January. Despite numerous request for updates & promises they were dispatched no shoes received and now i am asking for a refund i am not receiving any replies. i think the replies were automated not from an individual as implied. This must be a scam

I ordered a camping cooker last November. If never arrived. Horrified when I found out it was coming from China.

Have written several emails and am being fobbed off asking me to wait for their enquiry and then saying zi don’t have to return it if dissatisfied. Still trying to get a refund. Do not use this company - a real scam

I also wish that I searched for reviews before I ordered. The worst experience I have ever had shopping online! So bad I thought it was a prank!
Initially waited 6 weeks following my order. Was lied to, told that there was an issue with my delivery address. They then confirmed my address to me and I received a delivery a few days later.
The item I received bore no resemblance to the running hoodie I ordered. It looked more like a knitted cardigan and was an unknown brand.
When I complained I was offered a 30% discount if I kept the item! I refused. I was then told I had to return the item to China at my expense if I wanted a full refund (The Black Norway website promises free refunds!).
Upon further persistence, I was given a UK address to return the item to, at my expense. I did get my refund, although I had to pay for return postage, 2.5 months after placing my order.

How can i report them to the police?
The tracking is not valid, they dont respond.

This is an update on my review of Black Norway. I initially gave a one star review based on goods not arriving and tracker service wanting to charge a £1 to say where the order was (which I assumed was a scam).

I have since received the shoes ordered. They were shipped from China. Delivery was very slow at around 3 weeks, but they did arrive.

Absolute scam. Ordered thermal motorbike clothing for my husband - I’ve never received it, they’ve now stopped responding to my emails. I’m £113 out of pocket. So fed up.

I cannot recommend this company after failing despite promises to deliver my goods. I have now reverted to my credit card company to recover my money.

Beware - Do not buy from Black Norway - fraudulent/scam Company - they only want your money

I ordered an item in early December 2024 - and as of 31 January 2025 I’ve received nothing. I contacted ‘Jeannie’ several times - I demanded a refund - nothing

Thankfully it was only a small amount that I can afford to lose

After posting this review on Trust Pilot, as of 7 February 2025, I received a full refund to my account

Do not order any from this compatwithiut reading the reviews. I ordered a pair of size 11 slippers, they took 32 days to arrive and when they did arrive they were size 40, miles too small. I tried to get a refund they would only accept to send another pair, when I refused this they offered 30% refund, I refused again. Then they said if I send the slippers back to China at my own cost they would refund me. I refused. I have made a complaint to the trading standards via the citizens advice website, but if you do not want the hassle do not buy from this scam company!

Finally after numerous complaints I have received a refund. It has taken 2 months but Ben has provided good customer service and refunded the full amount for the sewing machine that does not work. Given an extra star but I would still be wary of buying from this site.

Should have checked Trustpilot before ordering. I had no issues ordering or receiving the goods. The item wasn't suitable. I contacted them to get a refund and that's when the fun started! I was told I could keep them and they would send another pair out. Then they would give me 20% refund, then 30% refund. I have cut my losses but I will NEVER use this company again. Stay away!!!
