Reliable brand. I am highly impressed by their customer care service even outside working hours, there was a bit of mix up concerning my delivery and I wrote an email to the customer care, just a few minutes after the email I got a call from a lovely lady who sorted everything in few minutes. I honestly did not expect an immediate response considering the time I put in my complaint. That's an excellent service and the product was exact as well . Keep it up.

Poeme has been my signature scent since I was 16, but recently Lancome decided to discontinue the small and medium sized bottles. 100ml bottles are over £100, which now prices it out of my affordability. This is a fantastic alternative . It smells so similar and lasts. This is my second purchase and will be buying again.

I am so pleased that I discovered Black Point Perfumes! I never leave the house without first putting on perfume, which can be an expensive habit. Thanks to BPP, I can now have all my favourite perfumes for a fraction of the cost. And they are excellent - an absolute match for the original and long lasting. I just received my perfume in the new design off bottle, have to say I was a bit apprehensive and was thinking the fragrance was goin to be different but no still 10/10, I've been buying this for years now since the 1st shop in Portadown and will continue, I wouldn't go anywhere else and also the new design is impressive ...🙂💚

Fantastic perfumes at great prices.
My all time favourite designer perfume was discontinued years ago much to my dismay but I recently discovered that it has been reborn by the team at Black Point. Can't fault the fragrance at it is spot on and at a fraction of the price too.
Extremely good service by the team from placing my order. Speed of delivery and packaging could not be faulted. Will most definitely use again.

Quick delivery, nice packaging. The scents themselves are beautiful - many of them better than way more expensive perfumes, which is great, but unfortunately they do not last at all. If they would be made to last, I would probably never buy from anywhere else.

I've ordered dupe of perfume what was discounted, and I couldn't buy them anymore. Smells exactly like the original, maybe with different opening, but after just 5mins - I had my favs perfumes back!
It stays on skin for hours and few days on clothes.
Very quick delivery and few samples is just a cherry on the cake :)
