My newest concern is your terrible management and grotesque inability to provide reasonable solutions when you’re called out for actual scams.

I love shopping on this site, never had any issues until I ordered some items. They all have cancer warnings on it…..freaked me out…you think they would put that in the item description….last time I will buy from them.

Placed an order and I thought it didn’t go through so I placed another order with the exact items. Contacted support and they did not address my concerns but reiterated the same problem I told them. Their website says “we honor duplicate order refunds” but that’s not the case. They offer store credit ONLY, which is a scam in itself. highly do not recommend.

Package seized at border and no refund or appropriate customer service in response to this. Waste of $100. Don’t order from this site.

awesome range of self-defense products to promote empowerment

If I could add Zero stars to Blades for Babes (B4B) I would. I purchased two black pen knives and when I opened the packaging, naturally, I tested out the pens with a couple of scribbles on packaging. The next day, less than 24 hours later and not using the pens in that time and they were closed... the pens no longer worked. I emailed B4B informing them of my issue and they asked me to send a video of me writing to prove that they do not work. I used a working pen not purchased from the company and then attempted to write with their pens. They later told me that because I admitted that they worked when I originally received them they will not replace or refund me for faulty items.

My response back to them was: Seriously!? I literally scribbled small lines on an envelope when I first got them and that was it. I didn't even get to use them to write or do anything outside of that. It had enough ink for those scribbles. I am not satisfied with the product that was provided by Blades for Babes. The whole point of me purchasing was to be able to use FUNCTIONAL pens for a longer period of time. 

If you Google how long does the average pen last it says a continuous line is 4 to 5 km longs. I got barely an inch and size does matter in this sense! 

I won't be using that discount just to get another non-functional item and do not think I will be making any future purchases from this company ever again.  I will be looking for ways to post a review and removing all subscriptions and follows from social media (not that y'all care). 

Honesty is obviously not this company's best policy nor is customer satisfaction.

Awful customer service. Won't let me cancel my order for a refund

i bought the black mambo knife and the spring had snapped a few days after working the knife to even function properly. not to mention the random sudden warning to all the knives that they could potentially cause cancer? i’d rather burn my money.
update; i emailed her and told her my issue. she told me there was nothing she could do AFTER she had already told me this could be sorted out. you would literally be better off to give money to daddy bezos for how bad this product is. !Do not support this small business it’s literally bs!

Bought their vampire teeth knuckles (intended as self defense) for $16 and a small black pocket knife for $15. The vampire teeth are cheap plastic, not sharp at all, and the poor red paint job comes off immediately. I don't think they would do a good job of helping me defend myself. The knife is incredibly difficult to open (more so than other knives I have used) and the clip on the side doesn't work. I will say the button to close is useful. With the knife, you get what you pay for, but the knuckles are severely overpriced for something of such poor quality and uselessness.

I would rate my experience as 0 stars. Do not buy from this site!! I ordered a knife back in August and still have not received my order. I emailed the company expressing that I wanted a refund and they said "there is nothing we can do".

Kind of expensive but if you use the 10$ off coupon it’s not bad. Everything I got (black forest knife and red soul knife) have a cancer warning label on the back, and it was made in china. Yikes

I ordered a defense key chain and a stiletto knife in early June. I got the package 3 weeks later (a lot longer than I thought it would take), and the defense keychain is super cool and sharper than I thought it was going to be! The knife however, was not in the package. I waited a few more weeks to see if the knife came in a separate package and it never arrived. I finally reached out to customer support and they weren’t very helpful. I asked about why my knife had not arrived and they did not answer my question. They only said that one would be shipped out a week later. No compensation credit or anything was offered for having to wait over a month.

A few days ago, I finally received an update....my order had been canceled. I didn’t receive any notification from the actually company, it came from the shipping agent. I still haven’t gotten any email from the actual company, but I did receive a full refund.

I like their products, but I’m hesitant to order from them again after this whole situation.

I ordered two knives off of this site one came to tight so it’s hard to open and close and the other one came loose. The knives are pretty but not very reliable

The sight itself is not bad, and the selection is amazing. The reason I am only giving it four stars though is because the knife I got (practice butterfly knife- red) broke just one day after use. I have contacted them, and am waiting on a reply.

False advertising. The item I ordered literally fell apart upon opening the package. Very flimsy, poor quality that is not worth the price. They do not cover shipping costs for returns and only offer store credit. Very disappointed. If you want a cute knife to show off on Instagram, sure you might like this shop. If you are looking for an actual self defense tool, look elsewhere. These knives are NOT for self defense.

Cute knives and great quality too! Perfect combo of girly and self defense for some, but lots of unisex offered too.

Blades for babes knives are unique, beautiful, good quality and at a fair price.

Honestly, I’ve never met a more welcoming little business. They make everyone feel so comfortable and they always interact with their customers to make sure they are satisfied. They have also many cute things it’s so hard to pick which one you truly want lol, but you won’t be disappointed with anything you purchase for sure. (@lysbrise)
