They advertised King size blanket, but they sent a throw blanket. After repeatedly trying to reach out, no response. Surprisingly, the had emailed to thank me for my order, so I thought they were not responding due to the pandemic, but now I know it was a scam. Buyer beware! Uggs makes a similar blanket that is better quality.

Ordered three months ago (12/7/20) and still have not received my blanket. I have reached out to them several times for a refund, or simply to get the blanket I ordered. I am always told, "it is in transit."

Still have not received by blankets I ordered 4months ago. Every time I email the company says they’re on their way and give me a new tracking number that can’t be tracked. Last email I asked for a refund as it was obvious the blankets weren’t sent and I was never contacted again.

Nothing but lies, paid for expedited shipping. Site said it ships from the US, took 8 weeks to get, and the King Size blankets are 4ft square. Tried to return and contact the multiple times as they claim to have a satisfaction guarantee and couldn't get a response. Don't waste your time.

Similar to other reviews....The blanket I received looked nothing like the photos on their website. The 'king sized' blanket measures 43"x50". No response from customer service. Ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

These people do not truly sell what they advertise; they steal your money intended for what is advertised, and instead send a 2x3 of loosely knit cheap yarn that sheds everywhere, 5-6 weeks later, stuffed in a plastic bag from China with no receipt, no invoice, no information on the purchase or the option to return. They also email a fake tracking number that goes no where, weeks after purchase. There is no contact info on their website other than a generic email that they rarely respond from.
The BBB has over 40 negative reviews on this website; the address listed on the BBB refuses returns, too. I have documentation of all of the above to back this review up. This is a complete scam, and I will review everywhere I can. Unbelievable that someone can't shut this website down.

I would give them "0" Stars if I could. We have disputed the purchase with Chase, the charge was taken off and the following month, Blankefly rebills it!!!

This is a SCAM. Do not buy from them...run as fast as you can away from Blanketfly!!!!

Just as the previous reviews stated - complete scam! Received blankets that were terrible in quality, unfinished, and not close to the size described. The size would only be suitable for a baby's crib. I've reached out to @blanketfly to process a return and received ZERO responses to my requests. I've filed a dispute with my CC - currently in process. I wish there was something we can all do to SHUT down this company.

Bought King size blankets. They are barely the size of a baby blanket. They quality is terrible! Filed a claim and they refused to refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER! This Blanketfly "company" sells "king size" chunky cable knit blankets. They do not.
On their website there are photos of these blankets as large as the king size beds, huge chunky cable knit, nice quality (clearly another company's photos).
I ordered two November 27th, only to discover they have no contact information on their website other than a support email address, and they stopped responding.

Weeks later I requested an update again, they eventually emailed a fake tracking number that went no where.
Early January, 6 weeks after order was placed! we received an unmarked gray package with two tiny blankets crammed inside...one wrapped, one not, both loosely knit yarn, you can see straight through them, hardly the size of baby blankets, and they shed like crazy right out of the bag. 2x2 and 2x3 sizes.

NOT even close to king size, NOT chunky cable knit, looks NOTHING like the photos/website.

There was no contact information, no receipt, no return information at all with the package. Later learned they ship from somewhere in CHINA.

I have searched for a way to contact and/or mail back these poor quality things.
The whole process is shady. It is very, very obvious that this is not a real company, and this is a complete scam. There are scam reviews all over the internet for this "company". I'll continue to fight the charge.

Much like most of the other reviews, received a blanket that in no way, shape, or form, looks like the advertisement. The “King” sized blanket is tiny!!! It frays apart without any help from use, and indeed is a Chinese company posing as an American company, that supposedly ships from and it assembled in America. What a joke!!! Cannot get any response from this crooked company

Tough to give this POS company 1 star. As others stated, this company is a sham. I ordered 4 of these and what a joke. They are good for a child and material is crappy and have so many imperfections. So much for a 30 day money back guarantee and that they are shipped from the US. They came from China and I've emailed these assclowns numerous times in the past week. I went to Facebook and found them by searching by their name and looked at their posts and posted that they are crooks and to not buy. If everyone can do this and report to Facebook, this will help get these jerks out. I will be contacting my credit card company to see what I can do.

I ordered this blanket King sized! I ordered January 18, I received it today January 9. It sucks!!!! It is as small as a toddler bed! It is nowhere near a king size blanket. It's not even a complete square! I covers your legs if you're lucky. It's stretched to the max. What a waste of money!!! They should be held accountable for taking money amd false advertisement! What a piece of $h^t!!!!

Horrible quality, itchy, tiny, not anywhere near a king blanket. Poor customer service.

*follow-up on previous post* Absolute *SCAM*. Ordered on December 14 as mentioned, and only received blanket *today* Feb 8. Package is the size of a sofa pillow (1 ft x 1ft), it's fair to say that we're far from a Queen-sized comforter. Just opened the package and just by looking at it, you can see this isn't real merino wool. You can also tell by carefully removing some of the self-detaching fiber, and carefully burning it with a lighter. If it burns rapidly, shrinks and forms a small brownish-black ball, it's clearly an oil-based synthetic fabric. Real Merino wool burns slowly and smells of burnt hair. SCAM 🚨 Broken hearts at Christmas this year. Blanket didn’t show until a month later, and king size? It was closer to the size of a king size pillow case. Fuzzy, cheap fuzz on everything.

SCAM !!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET THE BLANKETS AND THEY'RE JUST HORRIBLE!! I ORDERED KING SIZE AND THEY'RE JUST BARELY LAP SIZE. AND MADE FROM AWFUL FABRIC. LIKE ANOTHER REVIEWER SAID IT'S LIKE THE INSIDE OF A DOG TOY. THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE WORST I'VE DEALT WITH.
