I was sent 4 blinds all of which were 700mm to short they were ordered at 2.4mm long and arrived 1.7mm long with control pulleys only .275mm long so could never work. Absolutely disgusting service from everyone that i spoke to they sent me longer chains but have not offered to exchange the blinds for the correct sizes as ordered.... will never use this dishonest company again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Sent damaged shutter with wonky slat and no instructions. Sent a part for the slat which didn’t address my specific issue and no instructions. Sent 8 new slats all different ends but still no instructions. Sent whole new panel but no hinges and expected me to swop hinges from old to new panel. Shocking customer service. Generally not interested and couldn’t be bothered. (Except Bianca). Gave 10% discount which is insulting given how much time and energy I’ve wasted waiting for deliveries not to mention having to pay to dispose of a 2 metre shutter panel and now a tradesman to come over to make sure the new panel goes on properly. Never again.

Dissapointing blinds and customer service
Unfortunately dissapointed that two blinds we tried had brackets that held the blind far from the wall letting significant light in the top and sides. Equally dissapointing was the lengthy customer service back and forth following these events - would have prefered and quick 'sorry we can't do anything for you' as this has now cost us in time and money.
I ordered an oak wood venetian blind…
I ordered an oak wood venetian blind and bought a Staysure insurance policy just in case it didn't fit right. It arrived too short and a bad colour. So I rang Blinds Direct to activate the insurance policy which isn't worth the paper it's written on. Blinds Direct wouldn't replace the blind unless I paid an extra £25.87 because the cost had gone up...plus p&p. Nor would they refund me. I got a local company to measure up and fit for less than a new one from Blinds Direct. Never again will I use them.

Be aware that they do not actually supply the blinds direct but will subcontract the order to another company. My order was supplied for the wrong colour and customer service were awful. Would not use or reccomend

I ordered blinds which arrived without any fittings, which then took 2 weeks to arrive.
The tapes at the bottom of the blind are all protruding from the buttons holding them in place looking very unsightly when the blind is raised. i have sent photos and asked for a repair or refund either of which would be acceptable.
I am still in regular correspondence with the consumer department which just sends patronising emails in response to my concerns.
Their response to me explaining that I cannot remove the wooden buttons as they were so tightly fitted - was to offer to send replacement buttons because they were loose!
I now have a blind I cannot use from a company who is in breach of my rights under the Consumer credit act.
It would seem I am not alone, please take note of this and buy elsewhere.
don't always stock the fabrics supplied as samples
Have purchased curtains and blinds several times and am satisfied with the products. However on two separate occasions (having chosen from the samples supplied) they no longer stocked the fabric when I tried placing orders just a couple of days later - annoying and disappointing as the rooms were freshly painted with colours chosen to complement those fabrics.

What a terrible company. Gave them the measurements and they made them too small when I requested them to be exchanged they refused stating that they were made to my specification. They did offer a 50% discount on my next order. Why would I waste my money with them again.

I’m writing another 1 star review because although I have provided evidence and have had a member of your team actually say to me on email ‘I can see these aren’t up to our usual standard’ she is still not confirming they will be collected for a full refund. As I have photographic evidence and her email to prove these are not fit for purpose, under the consumer rights act (part 1 chapter 2) I will be taking this further if it is not resolved. A big company who makes probably millions off cheap parts from china, refusing to refund what to them would be nothing?
Damaged blind - where has it been?
I mistakenly ordered the wrong colour frame for a pull down blind. Did not realise until we were going to put it up. Contacted Blinds Direct and explained the problem. They said to return it, which I did on 8 October via Parcelforce. Hadn't heard anything 10 days later, so I rang again. They said that the blind had been received that morning at 9.03 on 18 October and that it was damaged and I was not entitled to a refund. They said they'd send photos to give to Parcelforce for compensation. Did not hear from them, so I rang again. At the same time, I checked the tracker for the parcel and it said it had been delivered on 11 October - 3 days after I posted it. There is something strange about this, as the blind was untouched and returned its original packaging. Now £80 down.
Wrong item sent and not ready to replace or Return
Vey bad experience with them. Order Velux blinds for my roof. First they sent wrong model and after stating and sending picture, customer service is saying this is same model and received item will fit the Window. I asked for return label and then they are asking me to send the package on my own money. Neither they are wiling to give me correct model nor they are giving me return label to return the package. Such a bad customer experience

This is SCAM!!! Don't buy from them. The measurements was wrong and they offered me 50 % reorder for it. This is joke!!!! And Customers Assistant told me have a great weekend. I paid 300 pounds for a scammers.

Love the blinds
Love the blinds, and thinking I made and error with measurements contacted blinds direct to activate the surefit protection. Although soon realized I just mixed up which blinds go on what windows so didn't need to go ahead with getting a replacement but it's peace of mind if you do take out surefit protection, Couldn't fault anything, so a solid 5 stars from me!

No delivery for over a month, bad service...
No delivery for over a month. As other one star reviews have stated, they simply don't deliver. Our order was placed over a month ago. Since then we had several e-mails from them giving us a fixed dispatch date (not delivery date) but nothing every arrives. We tried to cancel our order but they won't let us. Their e-mail responds is always just referring to yet another dispatch date. So far we had 3 of them and nothing was ever delivered. Don't order from them. Life is too short for waiting on hold, waiting for e-mails to be answered, being lied too and chasing after some blinds etc.

I have been using blinds to go for two years and I cant recommend them highly enough. Quality is fantastic and we have now window dressed 3 properties at a fraction of the cost of other companys. Blinds have also stood the test of time, especially with,at times, heavy handed holiday makers!!.
