Blindscape from Maidenhead came to install blinds in my conservatory and was well done. One of my uplighters’ glass was cracked during the install which I didn’t notice till days later. However, owners of Blindscape accepted the installer’s version of event that it was damaged prior to the install. Only I know the truth and the installer, named Daniel knows it too that the damage didn’t not just happen in thin air up the wall. The cost of replacement is minimal at 1.6% of the cost of blinds but integrity is what counts here! Obviously, Blindscape has none of that.

The customer service of this company is shocking. They do not reply to e mails or calls. I have e mailed twice and left messages to call me back. They failed to order a set of shutters for my daughters flat. After 3 months I told her to call, we had no contact from them during that time. They then informed her they had missed the shutters on a order over £1752. Her voiles were ready but only told her that once she asked. I have personally spoken to them twice and all I get is so sorry we are dealing with it. Move forward another 4 weeks and we chased again to be told yes the shutters are here. These were fitted and my daughter is happy with the products. However, I still have not paid their final bill as I want a discount on all the time this has taken and the no contact issue. They put a £50 discount on but I refused and since then despite e mails and calls they have gone quiet. Blindscape if you see this please call me, read my e mails and deduct a reasonable amount not something under 3%. I will not be contacting you any further or paying your final invoice until you deal with this shocking issue. Potential customers please be aware, if anything goes wrong they are not the company for you.

You have never contacted my daughter about any updates. I originally e mailed you on 16 May concerning the discount, so longer than 48 hours. You have never replied to that e mail. I telephoned a week ago and left a message and no has called me back. So your apologies are pointless.

Electric blinds ordered and fitted within agreed time frame. The fitter respected my house when onsite. Couldn't ask for a better service.

We have worked with Blindscape for years now and they have quickly become our preferred supplier when it comes to window treatments. The team are professional, friendly and have never let us down in almost a decade of working together. The work was carried out very professional, the 2 guys who came answered every question and was very polite, they cleared up afterwards. And the blinds I had fitted look Amazing. Would I use again, most definitely.

Sometimes the hardest decision is not what you want but who you want to do the job and I know I absolutely made the right choice with Blindscape. The team were brilliant from start to finish and so helpful. I love my shutters. They look great! Thank you everyone at Blindscape.

Have had a great experience with Blindscape, absolutely love the design & neatness of their blinds. We had them fitted about 4 yrs ago, there was a problem & this was quickly resolved, however a few years on we had another problem this again has been quickly resolved with the replacement of all the blinds at no extra cost. What a service & again loving the look of the blinds. They keep the room warm in the winter & cool in the summer. Would definitely recommend.

There was delay for fitting after the order was placed as the items are manufactured in China. The frames and support were fitted in a day, but the filling and surrounds were not there , leaving gaps and unsightly packing and screws,- the fitter told me that there would be a delay of up to 3 months as the missing items need to be re-ordered. There has been no further communication from Blindscape except when I e-mailed (twice) or visited the shop. I now have a date of 20th January to finish a job that started about 6 months ago. Very poor communication and a could not care attitude from the whole company.

Blindscape was very professional and efficient from initial assessment to installation and I cannot fault them. My new awning looks absolutley fabulous! It has really improved the appearance of my ordinary back garden. I was offered a wide choice of fabrics and I am very happy with the one I chose. The remote system is such a luxury, too. It's a wonderful replacement for the old style parasol and looks so stylish.

Excellent customer service and efficient. We had a huge job for them - blinds for a high clubhouse glass atrium - and it was done very proficiently.

Friendly and extremely easy to deal with this company. They fitted my lounge blind several years ago so I had to gave them back for these additional blinds

Initially we were looking for a material much darker than the one we chose but a wide selection of materials were bought and we were able to chose one that really matched our new decoration. The curtains were quite expensive, but they you get what you pay for and we are really pleased with the quality and fit of our curtains. They were fitted with great care and we were advised on keeping them looking good. I can highly recommend this company.

My fitter Steve was very polite and helpful,he fitted my blinds very quickly he did a first class job for me I would recommend blindscape Ltd.i would use them again.

Despite the fact that I had to wait 2months between ordering and fitting, the final result is EXCELLENT. Superb quality of materials, helpful advise was much appreciated and the fitter was very pleasant, chatty but made a fast, neat and tidy job of the installation.
