Beware - Scammers
Didn’t want to leave a star but couldn’t leave none. My Royal Mail App is showing ‘No deliveries pending’ and the tracking number provided by Blinds Parts Direct is invalid.
No response from emails. Wish I’d seen these reviews beforehand!!
Having seen how may others have had same experience, I shall be reporting to trading standards and fraud logging companies.

Got the order through quickly for a good price. Wrapped up in a box, no instructions, no frills - thought ugh, this'll be wrong. Nope, job was pretty straightforward (changing rollerblind chain) and had more than enough for the job - very pleased - thanks

I placed an order on 27th October and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I have emailed and called the number, but they just hang up. The only email I received was asking for a review.

Great to receive the parts I requested in order to repair the blinds damaged by our dog.

Ordered a part for my blind, they sent one different to the one pictured on my order, ignored all my emails and their phone line doesn't work. Buy from this company at your peril.

Replacement parts for ceased blind roller mechanism. Photos on website helped to identify part. unsurprisingly, needed to drill new holes for replacement bracket but old blind now works better than ever before.

Blind kits arrived on time but impossible to fit the roller mechanism into the tube. No replies at all to emails and phone calls cut off straight away, so no possible contact. Cannot believe such bad service.

Easy ordering process. Great price albeit the postage was a little on the high side. That being said I'd still buy again.

There site is a bit confusing on their tilt bars for shutters. From the picture it appears it is a different type and there is no explanation to tell you that one tilt bar does not take connectors. So they won’t work and it cost over 100$ to ship back a few pieces of plastic worth about 10$. But sense they charged 150$ for the 10$’s worth of products (7 little plastic sticks aka tilt bars) it still made sense. I’d say to start their products are way over priced but it appears there is a bit of a monopoly on replacement parts for blinds. You’re really better off going to Lowe’s/Home Depot and buying new blinds.
