I recieved some money back not all as I sent them a seperate payment to change the wig for a longer one at the time I placed the order, then it was another £20 for postage so I lost about £50 keep your free gift also as they act like they don't get your package back anyway even tho we have the evidence to say it is back in China. Goodluck

Payed for 180% density and 50cm length. Received 150% density and 40cm hair!! Back and forth woth costumer service promisse you things like sending 180% then no response and then it starts over again they need to ask for compensation. Never ever again!!

I ordered, received wrong color and tried to return. They wanted pix, okay done. They wanted video, and I am thinking this isn't happening. Please take your wig back, check it and offer a switch or refund my money. Oh, and don't call me, honey. I still have the garbage. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This company is advertising human hair and selling Kankaleon Those pictures on the site are all fake this hair sheds and tangles really bad They advertised as a sale 86.03 was what I paid when I sent the seller the pictures after washing it they offered 13.00 ladies do DONT BUY BLING HAIR THEY ARE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS

I bought a wig from them!! The size was supposed to be 26 inches, it came as if it were a 20... For the price of 350 euros. It wasn't a cheap purchase! The hair is super thin and tangles a lot, especially at the back of the neck! There is no density of what they promise! And the photos they have are not original! It was a small thing that I only saw the reviews when I had already purchased! ATTENTION: DO NOT BUY!! They are liars!

Never buy from them. It’s a Scam. I bought a wig that was supposed to be 100% human hair, but it was obviously 30/70. I even found blue plastic strands deeply embedded in the hair. After the first wash, the shine the texture, everything changed I can’t wear the wig anymore because it’s just disgusting. I wouldn’t even feel comfortable trying to sell it. It’s literally a throwaway wig. All the videos you see on their Instagram page are stolen from professional wig sellers in the states. That’s their tactic they show you what you want. Put a cheaper price on it and sell you rubbish.

I requested to have my order cancelled and I still haven’t heard from them. They provided a number for WhatsApp but it is not a WhatsApp number. This is clearly a scam!

I ordered a blonde wig 2 weeks ago, they failed to send me an online receipt and had forgotten my order until I contacted them, it arrived yesterday 29th September 2023, when I opened it, instead of what I ordered there was a mainly red highlighted wig with a few blonde highlights, the picture and description of the wig I ordered was light blinde with lightish brown streaks, it was mainly blonde, they have not responded to the many emails I've sent them, asking for a return address and refund, which I'm cross about, I have a small Buisness and my customers always are replied to and are top priority, I'm very stressed, and if I do not hear back today on Monday I will be contacting my bank to recover the money from them, the last thing I wanted to do was put a bad review up, but will take a massive zpolagy for me to take this down

I ordered a 16inch wig. It arrived on time but the wig cap was that for a toddler. The feeling of the hair is soft but it is thick from the roots and thins out towards the ends. So it will be just a few strings of hair that is 16inch which makes it looks like a thick afro with uneven grow outs. I contacted them via email to which they said they’d replied on watsapp. No message on watsapp. I gave my number again then I just received a ‘Hi’. I requested a return and refund and for a week I’m struggling to get a clarification on how to do refund. It was a 2for1 wig deal only received 1. Not buying from them again.
