Fast, easy, hardly had to think!
Easy ordering, fast home delivery AND you automatically found a solution to help contain the cost for me, since my insurance company would not cover the Rx prescribed. Once I had asked my doctor all the questions I had about starting this treatment, and I decided that I wanted to try this drug, I barely had to think about how to get it. Although my insurance denied the prescription, BlinkRX still offered it to me free of charge. It was mailed directly to me and with instructions on how to prime and use the drops. It was very straight forward experience. I do thank you so much.

They try to get you to pay more before running insurance, bad support agents
Be careful, BlinkRx will try to get you to use patient assistance programs from the pharmaceutical companies BEFORE your insurance. They tried to get me to pay a 79$ "discounted price" without even using my insurance! I pushed back & made them use my insurance, and it was 30$.
My other complaint is that they no longer transmit charges to FSA cards correctly, or something has changed with how they process FSA cards. I've been using my FSA card for a while with them. Got a new one as the old one had expired, added it as a payment method to BlinkRX.
My FSA card company confirmed that the card is available to use and that BlinkRX is trying to charge the card as a normal "non-FSA eligible" charge, so it's getting denied. There is not a way to indicate that a FSA card is that type when adding a new payment method.
I remember having an issue with my FSA card when I added the first card long ago, I had to call support & they were able to change the payment method type to FSA card for me. Now I am having the same issue with my new FSA card, but support staff on the phone seem to be unknowledgeable & have trouble speaking english.
The last support person told me that "your FSA card is PROBABLY incompatible with our network". Didn't even try to help me with getting the new payment method set up as a FSA card.
Because of these shady practices, I am going to try another pharmacy. I want my Rx purchases to apply to my deductible and be the lowest cost to me, and only use patient assistance programs as a last resort or use them with insurance.
I am also not happy that they got rid of knowledgeable & helpful support agents, and replaced them with people who I can barely understand who wont try to help & tell me "probably" instead of actually researching & resolving the issue.

Beware Auto-Refill Scheme
There wasnt any other option other than to signup for two week autorefills. The same day as my initial order I specifically went through customer service to turn off autorefills and they confirmed the were turned off. Come to find out, they weren't. This is a super shady way of doing business and i will never go through this site again.

3 companies involved - Humana Medicare Plan D, ForUs, and Blink. No one seemed to be in charge since it wasn't in the Humana Formulary. Ultimately, Humana denied it, I paid Blink for it, Forus never knew it happened, and the doctor thought Forus was in still in charge. I really don't like getting drugs thru the mail. I'd much rather pick it up at the pharmacy and I don't understand why I can't do that with this drug. Seems underhanded. There are plenty of drugs not on the Humana formulary that i still get at the pharmacy. It would seem you are trying to take a middleman out of the distribution channel.

I made a call to my doctor and within hours I have received a call from your representatives explaining to me the situation what I was entitled to what I was going to get when I was going to get them and what I had to do if I liked them and I wanted to continue it was all spelled out no hidden hagenda
I was told I would receive them shortly and they would initiate the conversation with my insurance company for me and that was done effortlessly on my part so I thank you very much and all of your representatives have been wonderful
