Когда я обратилсь к ним с просьбой вернуть мне деньги потому что их система не работает знаете что они сделали? Да да! Сказали войдите в аккаунт - але!!! Я работала в аккаунте и балы снимали -ваша система не работала.
Финал - они сняли в очередной раз деньги - по подписке... хотя в письме уверяли что продолжили действие моих уже купленных балов.
Не рекомендую не тратьте деньги зря

Software unable to translate my video
I uploaded a shortened version of the video I wanted translated. Translation of the one minute clip worked well. However, after purchasing a subscription, I was dismayed to see BlipCut couldn't translate the entire 5 min video. It kept freezing at the 90% completion mark.
I submitted a complaint/request for help and customer care did respond that they'd get back to me with the fully translated video. I waited several days and didn't hear back so I cancelled the subscription. In my opinion, I should've been refunded for the money I spent given the product didn't provide any value.

Very unreliable company
Very unreliable company. I had a very bad experience with them. I needed to translate a lot of videos from Hebrew to English. I did a test video, and it translated normally. So, I purchased a one-year subscription, assuming it would be enough to translate all my videos.
However, after purchasing the subscription, the videos stopped translating. I tried about 20 different videos, and the same error kept appearing every time. One video did get translated, but very poorly, with long pauses within the video.
I immediately contacted support, sent them the poorly translated video, and recorded a screen video showing the error that occurred when trying to translate other videos. A support agent responded, saying that unfortunately, videos from languages like Hebrew still translate poorly on their platform.
At that point, I requested a refund. Their website states a "30-day money-back guarantee". Only a couple of days had passed since my purchase.
And that’s when things got strange. Another support agent asked me to record yet another video showing the error, even though it was obvious that the same error kept occurring, and they were already aware of it - since the first support agent had confirmed it to me.
I demanded a refund again, but the agent told me that, according to their refund policy, they don’t issue refunds "just because a customer wants one". But that’s not what’s written on their payment page. Fine.
I checked their refund policy and found that they do issue refunds in cases of technical malfunctions and the inability to use the service. I pointed this out to the agent, and he offered me a 30% refund. What? Their refund policy clearly states "a full refund" in such cases.
For the remaining money, he suggested I use their graphic editor instead - as if I needed a graphic editor! I needed voice translation.
I was outraged. I demanded a full refund again. Then another support agent contacted me and offered "a one-time deal: 50% refund" and access to the graphic editor for the remaining amount. I rejected this offer as well.
This whole process dragged on for nearly two weeks. I threatened to file a chargeback through my credit card company. Only then did they offer an 80% refund. But I wanted a full refund. After all, I couldn't use their service due to a technical malfunction. Why were they offering me only a partial refund and an irrelevant graphic editor instead?
Only after I officially filed a chargeback with my credit card company did they finally agree to issue a full refund.
I'm writing this to warn other users. Maybe your experience will be better. But mine with this company was terrible.

Awful waste of time and money
Several attempts to make bedded subtitles failed. Tried different videos but most said "something went wrong" Out of 10 tries, all of which were less than the 2 hour limit only one generated subtitles but when trying to down load just sits there spinning on download for greater than 24hours. Also when trying to cancel service I could not connect to a cancellation link after wasting over an hour on their cancellation instructions which just move you in a big circle. My only recourse seems to be reporting to the fraud department of my credit card provider. Update 01/29/2025 Have tried 12 times since original review, all of which have also failed to generate subtitles. Also cancellation is still not possible because of previously stated reasons.

Update: After Blipcut responded I went back and checked, and I was correct the first time.
When you Google search Blipcut, the FIRST thing it says is "Free AI Video Translator: Translate Videos to 130 Languages", but then it is not actually free.
