We received a slightly damaged garden chair with our order and Tania, from Bliss Living's support team, was understanding, friendly and supportive. She quickly contacted the supplier to arrange a replacement and monitored its delivery, keeping us well informed throughout. Often one can experience difficulties in such situations, but this was a refreshing change and commendable.

My order arrived from their supplier damaged and a replacement was quickly despatched. Sadly this was also damaged. Tania took full responsibiity for resolving the issue and kept me up to date at all times.

Ordered and fully paid for product in February 2022. They advertised there was to be a delay in delivery until April22. A day before delivery I had an email from Bliss saying it’s going to be delayed further until 29/07/22, only to receive another email yesterday stating it’ll now be delayed until end of November 22! I requested a refund which has been a time consuming fuss to navigate but I have now received. More efficient and sympathetic customer communication is required!
My issue is that you only updated me the day before the item was due for delivery on both occasions.
Yes you did refund me yesterday after I did all the chasing to get it and yes it should be ‘without question’ due to the nature of it. Hence my 2 stars regarding your communication and your response tone to my review highlights your lack of empathy to the customer.

Hi I just need to be a bit clear about what actually happened.I ordered this lamp, it arrived I wanted to return it as it did not match the Hill interior’s lamp I had before.Infact it looked a copy of the original one! I called them a nice lady spoke to me and said she will contact hill interiors once she hears from them she will reply back to me.After a week she replied back through an email saying that the lamp will be considered now as second hand and I will get only 50% of the actual cost and that too as a good will gesture! They also said that I have to pay for returns and upon inspection they will decide whether to give me the rest of 50% of the cost or not.This is very unfair! This is all reported in an email.seriously the lamp is over £160 pounds and this is how they treat their customers.Heart broken !

They are not helpful with returns.They don’t give 14 day cooling off period, just in case you change your mind.They clearly wrote to me that they will deduct 50% of the price since it is classified as Second Hand now!Also they mentioned that they will inspect the lamp and if there is any fault they will deduct further amount.I am shocked at their response!
