Red Flag
Their website features case studies that cannot be verified. For example, stake.com said they have never worked with them.
When you create an ad campaign, their pixel doesn’t work correctly and collects inaccurate data — it’s just there for show, to appear professional, but technically everything is very raw, and the data is transmitted with errors.
If you launch a campaign with them, the stats in the dashboard will be artificially inflated.
Throughout your work with them, they will constantly ignore you and, at best, respond once every 72 hours.
They won’t issue any refunds, even after you prove they are generating fake registrations — they simply don’t care.
Read the reviews below — they all have photos and names, but only one review each. It’s obvious people wouldn’t create profiles just to leave a single review — clearly, these are paid reviews.

Getting native placements approved was a total pain-I must've followed up like four times before anything happened!As part of our forex agency's team,time is money,and this delay cost us a week's worth of potential traffic.Once it went live,though,the reach was impressive,blasting ads to millions in key GEOs like the US and UK.The dashboard isn't the most user-friendly;it could use some modern touches.Mario from support finally stepped in and sorted it,which i appreciate,but it shouldn't take that long,Compared to PropellerAds,this has better precision for finance,but only if you've got the budget for scale-small tests flop hard.Not thrilled,but we'll use it again for bigger clients.Ugh,just fix the approval process!

Payouts come through okay
Payouts come through okay, but honestly, the fill rates took a nosedive without any warning during our peak gaming promo - super frustrating! We're an agency for major studios, and while it handled the volume eventually, we had to scramble to adjust. Traffic quality is solid in Tier 1 countries, but we noticed more variability in emerging markets. Support was alright; Natali got back to us after a couple of days and helped tweak things. It's better than Adsterra for high-scale pushes, but if you're not pouring in big bucks, it might not perform as hyped. Mixed feelings here - great potential, but needs more reliability for us to fully commit. Would recommend for Al or SaaS with deep pockets, though.

You could send them $10,000 and still be completely ignored, even if you tag their Telegram handles daily.
However, the bigger issue isn’t just the lack of basic client communication — it’s that they deliver fake registrations. Do not send them any money. Take a closer look at the positive reviews: they’re vague, lack substance, and appear to be fake.

Account Manager Claim
While Marko is indeed part of our Media Strategy team, he is one of over 30 account managers currently active within our network. To suggest that we only have one account manager is simply untrue and suggests a lack of direct knowledge about how our operations work.
Communication & Ghosting
If an advertisers account raises a dispute, they are immediately moved from Managed Services to our Compliance Department, which handles all financial and policy matters. At that point, account managers are no longer allowed to engage with the advertiser until the case is resolved — which may explain the perceived “ghosting.” This is done to ensure fairness, compliance, and avoid miscommunication during sensitive matters.
Traffic Quality & Results
We do not and cannot guarantee campaign performance — a standard across all ad networks. This is clearly stated in both the Advertising Agreement and our Refund Policy, which every advertiser agrees to prior to launching a campaign. All traffic is transparently reported, and advertisers are free to review logs, stats, and data.
Review Authenticity
We welcome scrutiny of our reviews — there will be always different level of satisfaction and we will do whatever is in our power to assist and provide the best service.
