Absolute nightmare of an experience. Do not trust this company with your money. I requested a full withdrawal of my remaining balance back to my PayPal account.

Instead of processing it, their Operations Head Corporate (Ejaz Ahmed - Phone +91 9903370042) tried to delay the process by questioning my business reasons on 12 May 2026 for wanting my own money back and pressuring me to spend it on more orders. After refusing and demanding my refund, they sent a single generic template stating they were "working on it"and then completely ghosted me.

I have sent over 7 consecutive follow-up emails spanning weeks, and they have completely ignored every single one of them. My portal dashboard shows multiple full withdrawal requests (USD 126.10 after withdrawal charges) sitting as "Pending" for weeks (dating back from 25 April 2026 to 27 May 2026) with zero action taken.

They are quick to take your money USD 130 and push for bulk orders, but when it comes to returning your funds, they completely disappear and cut off communication. Incredibly unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.

I had a very bad experience with BloggerOutreach’s link service. They removed my links multiple times after publishing.

I contacted their support repeatedly, but every time I was told, “We are busy, we will solve this as soon as possible.” Unfortunately, nothing was ever resolved.

It has now been almost one year, and I invested around $12,000, which has completely gone to waste. There was no accountability, no proper response, and no permanent fix.

This service caused serious financial loss and frustration. I strongly advise others to be careful before investing with this company.

Large inventory but extremely slow to deliver orders. Over the years we've slowly decreased our throughput with BloggerOutreach as the response times to even get an update on the progress or whether the content has even been written to send off to the webmaster - it all just takes forever. We'll have some orders sitting on 3 months.

Responsiveness of the service did improve for a brief period when we disputed transactions through PayPal as we had heard no response from months.

Again large inventory but they seriously need to rethink their support / fulfilment team.

We would've given them 1 star if it wasn't for the large inventory. If your clients can wait 3 months for a link, then these guys may be able to help. If 3-months is an unacceptable time frame (which it is), steer clear from this company.

Avoid This Service – Paid for a Backlink, Never Delivered

I paid for a backlink over a month ago, and it’s been stuck on “Submitted” in my account ever since. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I have received zero responses from their team. They have completely ignored my messages and have not provided the service I paid for. This is unacceptable and feels like a scam. I now have no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the charges. Stay away from this company if you value your time and money!

They work absolutely terribly.

The order has to be waited for a very long time, during the time the webmaster forgets how many links were ordered, it takes a long time to respond. Cooperating with such a contractor is impossible if you are engaged in regular link building - they simply stop your entire process.

I do not advise anyone to work with them.

Utterly hopeless. I've spent 2 months trying to get a simple link insertion, and I' still waiting and getting ignored by them. I'm currently on my 3rd attempt because they failed to achieve inserting 2 previous links. Their communication is hopeless. They don't get back to my messages. They failed to give me a refund. Is this even a real company or do they just take your money? Incidentally, my money goes into their wallet. They only refund their failures back into their wallet, not my bank account. Is this even legal?

I am very disappointed with this platform. Despite placing numerous orders, most of them have been rejected. I've added significant funds to my blogger wallet, but I haven't achieved the desired results. The platform also lacks clear guidelines on sponsored posts and other important aspects. Moreover, I was advised to try doing things manually instead of using the platform. If that's the case, what's the point of having this platform at all?

Overall, the experience has been frustrating and a waste of time and money. I expected a streamlined and efficient service, but this platform has failed to deliver on its promises.

BloggerOutreach is excellent with their communication. When they share publishers for our link building efforts, they are always affordable, especially compared to other link building vendors/freelancers.

Working with them has always been easy - they are open and transparent on every request we have with them. They also comply with our requirements and deliver on time.

The BloggerOutreach team has been great to work with. We've been cooperating with them for a few years, and they went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. My most honest recommendations!
