Used to play on Realms but because of the amount of limits and the shortage in the ram and the servers in general I had to look for a better option... So far Bloom has achieved it.

I dont know how but a hacker somehow got in my server and almost killed me and exploited my world. luckily i was able to leave the server before he killed me. 100% canceling my membership.

I had a problem with server installation. No idea what caused it, but I got a response in less than a minute and the problem fixed in AGAIN less than a minute. Excellent customer service.

Absolute great support. There were some payment problems (witch was completely my fault) witch they fixed very fast and was even able to send me a download to my world after my server cancellation

I'd like to say that Tamz and Kaya are two of the best support people to have helping you.

I missed a invoice payment and they had me back up and going in no time, they keep your server files saved as well as your databases for easy reconnect.

Tamz helped me get the process going through a ticket on there discord.

Kaya walked me through on how to reconnect my databases and even helped me split my servers back to way i had them before.

Just an over all great experience, I'd highly recommend bloomhost for any game hosting needs.

Matt and Jeremy provide excellent service, with a wide knowledge of how to fix problems. Service tends to be fast, with some replies even taking a couple seconds! They are very prompt, and better than any other host I have used.

Having been in the Minecraft server industry for over 10 years, I've had my fair share of trying a bunch of hosts across each server I've launched.

Bloom has been my go-to host when it comes to choosing a dedicated server, their support times have been unmatched - I'm genuinely talking 1 minute is the best I got for a reply within their Discord. Insane!

I switched to Bloom after terrible networking issues with my previous host and constant complaints from players, switching to Bloom solved these issues and I've not had any issues since.

They went above and beyond to assist me with figuring out why my Minecraft server's static IP was not working. I spent hours troubleshooting and they went above and beyond way past what was required of a host by doing their own debugging and figuring out the problem. Shoutout to Geri for figuring out the problem but also Jeremy for previous help.

First time setting up a modded minecraft server. ran into some issues and support was prompt, polite and super helpful. Very good initial experience, will update/post another review regarding the service itself after a few days.

This is my VERY FIRST TIME ever trying to use a Minecraft hosting server. I have been struggling all day, trying to use Youtube Videos, Reddit posts, even ChatGPT, but I couldn't understand my own specific situation and how to get it to work. Thankfully, I decided to contact Support and even though it was outside of their Support Hours, Jeremy/Artic on Discord was SUPER AMAZING AND HELPFUL!! They helped me for a straight hour and answered all my stupid questions. Thank you!!

Perfect host. In 99% of cases, you will never have a problem related to Bloom. If you are setting up a Minecraft server and want to ensure it doesn't go down due to hosting issues, Bloom is the way to go. Their bare-metal dedicated servers offer great performance and strong DDoS protection. I'm currently hosting with them and highly recommend it.

I've purchased multiple Minecraft servers from Bloom.Host with their Performance+ Minecraft server hosting. The pricing for the server specifications you get and other free features available is well worth the price.

I purchased two servers: one for an SMP and the other for a Heavy Modpack (ATM10). The SMP handles 12 daily active players with Chunky + Dynmap working concurrently to load and render chunks of over 50,000 blocks, while the modpack runs smoothly with consistent TPS. Out of all the Minecraft hosting services I have ever tried, Bloom.Host has never failed to deliver the powerful servers that will surely satisfy every server owner's needs. (They also offer VPS and Dedicated Server options, which is a plus too.)
