Ficus Tree
Bought a Ficus artificial tree less than 3 years ago and recently the leaves have started to turn blue!! Contacted the company and to be fair customer service was good however, they were unable to do anything as the product was out of warranty and I should not have allowed the plant to be in sunlight.🤷♀️ Then offered a 25% discount on another plant which I did not accept as the product is of poor quality. Just a warning to customers. Do not purchase indoor plants if they are going to be in the sun as they do not last very long.

Again we are sorry for any disappointment caused by this.
Our items fading through windows, really is not something that we have come up against much in all honesty, so I can only apologise that this does seem to have been the case with your item.
The warranty we supply on our products applies mostly to our outdoor items and this for 1 year from the date of purchase. This is not to be indicative of their lifespan, but is simply the length of time that we can cover them for.
As this was an indoor item, this technically would not apply but we would have been happy to mirror this, had it been in the same time frame.
Sadly as it was over this by quite a bit, we really are limited in the assistance we can offer I am afraid - hence why we offered the discount should you wish to replace the item.
I truly am sorry that we were not able to help further with this on this occasion but should you have any questions at all, please do let us know.

Cheap and expensive for what you order
I was really excited after reading the reviews to have hopefully have found an artificial plant supplier however the hanging plant I ordered was cheap looking, misleading on the images on the website as it comes on a stick and whilst I realised after ordering it does say this it should have been made much clearer on photos so you know you need to buy additional things to be able to hang / use the plant.
Returned as for what I paid it was not worth the money and wasn’t usable as a hanging plant unless I brought a pot and other things to conceal the large stick
On top of that £6 delivery charge and you have to pay to return it yourself.

I am sorry for the disappointment following your order with us.
We try to make our images as clear as possible and I have checked with our marketing team who have confirmed that the image with the spike has been present on the site since the image was added to our range. Therefore I really can only apologise if this was missed.
The artificial jasmine bush is an item that can be used indoors or outdoors. Therefore it does need to be made of a more durable material and this can result in a more plastic like appearance.
When it comes to the quality, it is of course always down to personal taste and I truly am sorry that on this occasion this was not to your liking.
Our standard delivery charge is £5 on orders under £100 as due to the typically larger size of most of our items, we have to cover our costs with the courier. Understandably on smaller orders this can seem higher than average but I hope that you understand that this is set at this in a bid to try and keep this fair across the board for our customers.
Once again we are sorry that on this occasion, you were disappointed overall and if you would like to discuss returning your order, please do get in touch and one of the team will be more than happy to help.

Beautiful, realistic outdoor plants
Got some outdoor plants for our new patio and to sit by our front door. A little pricier than some others we’d found but the quality more than makes up for it. They look absolutely gorgeous and stunningly realistic even close up. Packaged really well and delivered fast. Will be certainly returning for more in the future!

COLOUR OF LEAVES FADING
We purchased a bay-tree in May 2021 - We were really pleased with our purchase HOWEVER, recently we have noticed a great deterioration in the colour of its leaves – THEY ARE TURNING LIGHT GREEN & YELLOW – (Ask and I will send you pictures) - Our tree is on the north side of our house so does NOT get strong sunlight - On the Blooming Artificial website they state they have personally tested these products in a UV testing chamber for the equivalent of THREE years and they have come out looking as GOOD AS NEW!!! – I have to question this statement as our tree is NOT even three years old and looks NOTHING like new!!! – For £60 this bay-tree has turned out to be VERY POOR VALUE FOR MONEY.

I am really sorry to hear that your artificial bay laurel trees have deteriorated in this way. I also apologise for my delay in coming back to you - as I have been out of the office.
I have looked through your conversation with my colleague and can see the images that you sent through too.
Her response was correct - in that we have tested these in a UV test chamber to the equivalent of 12, 18 and 24 months. This is to mimic the UV from the sun but this is the only factor that this tests against.
Should this be combined with other weather conditions, it may result in a different outcome and as this does seem to vary so vastly throughout the UK, it makes it impossible for us to put a lifespan on these. Therefore we offer our guarantee at 1 year.
This is not to be indicative of how long they will last, but how long we can cover them for - as with any other item that you purchase with a warranty. We have many customers who advise that they last over this time but it really does seem to vary.
As your purchase was in 2021 - this does mean that this is outside of this time scale so we are limited in what we can offer - but we can provide a discount on another, should you wish to repurchase, but I appreciate that this may not be how you wish to proceed. Should this be the case though, please contact us and we will happily provide this.

Expensive returns
I ordered 3 outdoor plants recently. Two were nice, but one looks very fake (I asked several friends for their opinion and they all agreed it instantly looks artificial, even from a distance) so I’ve returned it.
I was surprised that I need to pay for the return, which is £6. I should have read the small print before ordering. It’s a shame, as I’m sure this company sells many lovely items, but I won’t take the risk of ordering with them again as I’d resent having to potentially pay for multiple returns costs.

Simply the best

Beautiful realistic stems
Beautiful artificial flowers from this online store. I bought around 15 stems to go in a large vase and they look very realistic. Great quality. Will definitely buy from Blooming Artificial again.

Amazing product and easy installation.
I decided to do a floral ceiling. Hard work but looks amazing using the tropical floral wall sheets.
They are easily detached and reattached if you need. Great spread of artificial flowers and plants across the plastic mesh.
I will be buying again for our next project which is a wall next.

Brilliant company to deal with - bought a hanging basket for my mum / great quality - then ordered a window box - to then find out my brother bought one for my mum already - contacted customer service - the item had already been dispatched - but they stopped delivery and refunded as soon as the item got back to them - this was my fault and not theirs - yet they went out of their way to help - they could have just said return it / at my own expense - but they saved me the time and money by helping - shout out to Nina who helped me

Good customer service
E-mailed Blooming Artificial with a query about returns direct to their depot in Yarmouth in case we didn't like the plants (it is hard to be sure when ordering from a web site when you can't see them in real life) and got a prompt and positive reply (from Rachel). Also rang (spoke to Alec) to see how long to deliver as we were on a short timescale and again got a positive reply, with an alternative option should the plants not be delivered before we left home to go to the location they were to be installed at. As it happened, the plants were delivered within 2 working days. Good service all round.

Great option for low light
I am thrilled with my new artificial bamboo plant! My flat lacks light so after a yucca suffered as a result, I decided to replace it with this fake bamboo plant (as it also creates a natural division in my open plan kitchen / living room). I do think an artificial plant takes some getting used to (especially if you're used to the real thing like me), so it's worth spending time watching the video and separating the leaves etc., after the plant has been in transit. Already I am starting to love the bamboo - and it's only just been delivered! Very speedy service, highly recommended - thanks very much!

Follow care instructions carefully as out door plants can break in the wind.
Having invested over £350 on 6 outdoor ‘real’ stem bay trees I’m disappointed to advise that 2 have now broken in what I would consider to be relatively low winds. Consequently I believe that it’s only a matter of time before the other four eventually break now too. Lovely plants so I’m very disappointed with how they've now gone on to snap ‘in the elements’. Apparently I should have kept the real wooden stem completley out of the potting compound (tricky) and I should have treated it with a wood preserver every year. These instructions are on the website ‘product care’ section now, however not sure they were in 2019 when I purchased the product and potted it. I was grateful for the fast response from Blooming Artificial, and I do love the product, however I’ve been sadly let down by the damage caused to two of my lovely bay leaf trees by virtue of them being outside - as the plant is sold and intended to be placed. I was hoping that Blooming Artificial would have offered me a free replacement as a gesture of goodwill or a heavily discounted replacement. Unfortunately all I was offered was a 20% discount off a new purchase. Lovely looking products, but beware they are expensive and if placed outside they are at real risk of breaking, mindful of the high cost of the plants a 12 month guarantee isn’t really good enough IMO.

Firstly we are of course very sorry to hear that your artificial bay laurel trees became damaged after falling outside.
As you are aware, we do guarantee these for up to 12months from purchase - the reason being that as these are used all across the country and in varying conditions, exposures, etc, it really is hard to put a lifespan on these as it tends to vary so much in our wonderful Great British weather. Many companies do not offer a guarantee at all but we feel that this is fair as an absolute minimum length that we would expect for these to last in all conditions.
I appreciate that this is not the outcome that you desired and in some cases we are able to extend this if it is a month or so over, however as this is almost three years since your purchase, we are just not able to extend to replacements on this occasion.
We always want to offer something to help regardless of time passed, so in this case we offered you a discount of 20% should you wish to re-purchase these with us - I really am sorry that this was not acceptable to you, but I am afraid that this is the best that we can offer given the time passed.
The potting instructions are part of our new site, and this should not have been advised to you as, as you mentioned, at the time of your purchase this was not present on our old website. This will be fed back to the team to ensure that this is always checked before being offered to customers who purchased before this was online.
Again, we offer our sincerest apologies for any disappointment caused by this issue and if you would like to discuss this any further, please let me or the team know.
