Blooming Artificial Reviews

Bought two spiral outdoor trees and after 15 months one has completely collapsed as the metal has completely rusted.
We paid in excess of £250 for two trees and am astounded that after such a short period one has collapsed and Blooming Artificial will not consider a repair or replacement.
Don’t waste your money you’ll pay a premium price for cheap tat!

I bought Zinnia Oklahoma seeds from these guys. 2 days after planting, they germinated. Amazing stuff. Now I just need to return to update my review when I confirm the color mixes.

I ordered two hanging baskets for a couple's 50th wedding anniversary, Wild Berry and Geraniums with trailing ivy hanging down on both sides. I've only opened one box but was so disappointed...first the basket was broken in a couple of places and petals had fallen off but worse of all one side of trailing ivy was green and the other side almost white. The stems of the ivy are very plastic looking and look so artificial. I have been told I can return them but at my own expense and I will not be refunded carriage. The only good thing about the company is the fast response online chat and the helpful agent Sarah. They will both be returned and I'll have to go back to planting my own.

Can not recommend this company enough! I was a little apprehensive ordering an artificial plant but it is absolutely stunning and better yet it was super fast delivery. I will be ordering all of my plants with them in the future. Well worth the price.

Fantastic items, fantastic delivery service. Could not believe how life like my Geranium plants are and when they were delivered the next day, wow.

This is the second time I've ordered from Blooming Artificial and I haven't been disappointed. They look so realistic.

Ordered 2 artificial conifers, but one of them started to shed its branches when it got a little windy.
So i emailed Blooming Artificial & included a photo.
Nina got back to me straight away & offered a refund or a replacement. I chose a replacement as they looked so real. They promptly dispatched another one to me. Good Company to deal with.

Lovely products and quick delivery, they even contacted me prior to completing my order as a glitch meant I had duplicated my order and also paid twice.

I was sceptical about ordering artificial trees, but after much persuasion from my husband, I took the plunge. WE needed a plant for a shady area of our garden, which would be a permanent feature through the seasons. The Areca palm was purchased and we are totally amazed - it's fabulous. You wouldn't know it's artificial until you touch it.
We also ordered 2 standard box trees for outside our front door as the real ones we had were destroyed after contracting blight.
We are thrilled with our purchases and will definitely consider artificial again - maybe an exotic number for the garden which couldn't possibly grow in our climate. Highly recommended..

The product: 5/5
Ordered the 120cm Yucca plant and I am absolutely thrilled with it. Looks so real and with the lovely detail to the trunk, you can instantly tell it's just a pure quality artificial plant. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend this product.

Blooming Artificial: 5/5
Their service has been great. Constantly kept up to date with order confirmation, dispatch info etc, and quick to respond to emails. The plant was packaged really well to ensure a safe arrival.

The delivery: 1/5
The only thing that let them down was their choice of courier, TNT, who I had a nightmare with. Their tracking info is abysmal and their customer service not much better.

I'd highly recommend that Blooming Artificial look into using a more reliable courier service, in order to achieve a 5 star rating.

Ordered 2 artificial spiral conifers. They are beautiful quality, they look very realistic- not plastic looking like some of the artificial trees in the shops. Packaged well and arrived quickly. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

Love their products. Quick delivery, no issues.

Ordered 2 oriental Bamboo they arrived well packaged. Vey pleased with the purchase. My wife has already spotted some other purchases for the bathroom

I absolutely love this company, from the super quick delivery to the products never disappointing, they never fail to impress!

Initially I was a bit worried that artificial plants and flowers could look a bit naff but these products are amazing quality. I now have numerous large plants and flowers around the house and I can focus on more important things like remembering to feed my children rather than watering (or more like resuscitating) my previously dead plants!!

Lovely realistic looking ferns for dark spot in the house. Ordered Saturday and arrived monday well packaged. Better than expected for fake plans

Very Disappointed The plant arrived in a completely shredded package. The cement base that held the vines had badly cracked. The vines were all loose. I needed to rebuild the plant. I used resin to repair the base and then spent significant time trying to arrange the plant into something like it should
The packaging was so badly destroyed in transit I could not use it to return the item. Be careful...

Updated* Ive been contacted and everything has been resolved. Many thanks

Horrible, cheap looking artificial flowers. I would return them if my husband hadn’t already nailed the window box to the window ledge. They’ll be going in the bin as they really do look that bad. On the plus side the delivery was fast.

Very nice, high quality products, fantastic choice & excellent customer service/communication. They clearly care about their customers & their products are securely packaged. I'm very happy with my shopping experience :)

The product arrived before I got the email to say they were dispatched great service.
