My purchase is still in progress so my experience has primarily been with the sales team at Wharncliffe Park. From the outset I have have found them truly friendly and supportive and they have made the whole experience very clear and accurate and gone out of their way to help and remain in contact .

The Sales Team at Hazelton Meadow, were informative, kind and went above and beyond. We popped in without a appointment and they took the time and care to listen to what we wanted and needed. We left feeling very informed and with a great first taste of Bloor Homes. We would definitely recommend

The sales office team from the moment we reserved the plot up until the present day of us being moved in have been nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond to help out which is super valuable to young first time buyers such as ourselves. We absolutely battered these poor people with questions and still do to this day and they never fail to help us out and answer what we’re looking for. They made the experience magical.

Sammi- Sammi is a ray of sunshine that fills your heart with warmth and excitement when going through the process of buying your home. Sammi takes more than pride in what she does, she shares your excitement with you, from customising your home, to the lead up to your first site visit all the way up to you getting the keys. You can really tell she loves what she does and that makes the experience magical.

Elly - Is an encyclopaedia of bloor homes knowledge. I know this because like sammi she too was battered with questions by myself and never failed to find me the answer I was looking for. Elly is super caring and friendly and is exactly the person want to be met with when entering a bloor sales office. Her and sammi combined are a dynamic duo. It’s evident to me bloor stationed their best sales representatives to Hazelton Meadows.

Jamie- This man has all his ducks in order, he seems like he’s got everything figured out. Might ask him what the meaning of life is. The demo he gave us was super in-depth and explained it in terms my simple brain can understand. Jamie is an incredible demonstration of what a site team lead should be. Friendly, should have gone into stand up with the jokes he cracks, quality hand shake and a down to business type of guy.

Kev- exact same traits as Jamie, super friendly very polite and another great example of what you'd want from your site team on your new estate. Kev in my 1st courtesy visit was super tentative to my questions I had and took great care in checking everything in the house was in perfect working order.

Apologies if i missed anyone in this review as there’s been so many helpful names and faces in my process of buying my first home needless to say you’re all amazing and you made buying a house ( which everyone makes out to be super stressful) the most easiest and painless thing going.

I moved into my new Bloor home at The Arches in Ledbury in June 2026 and have been thrilled with my experience throughout the entire process. From reserving the plot with Louise in the sales team, to my home demo day and courtesy check-ins with the site manager Steve, the team here have made being a first time buyer uncomplicated and enjoyable. Any problems, any questions, the site team have been responsive and approachable throughout.

Darren and Damon from the Weston mead grange were (and still are) very helpful and patient with us as first time buyers. Helping us through the process, navigating the hoops and hurdles of the complexities of homeownership.

The site team were especially amazing and helpful checking up and addressing issues minor/major.

Now after a few weeks in my partner and I are happily but slowly moving in! Unpacking is hard work…

Dan and Matt at The Manors development have really taken the time to ensure my husband and I got the best deal with the plot we wanted. They allowed us to take our time and reserved when we were ready, then made the reservation experience special for our family. This is our second Bloor home and would highly recommend.

We recently completed on our new Bloor home at Monarchs View in Binfield, and have been very pleased with our experience.

From the outset, Tracey from the sales team guided us through the reservation process, explained the development plans and helped us with our options choices. She has been very responsive and always available to answer our questions throughout the buying journey and since we moved in.

As the build progressed, the site managers, Tom and Jake, took us around for the second-fix visit and home demonstration. They were open to all our questions and gave us plenty of time to look around and see our home taking shape.

The courtesy visits since moving in have been a useful opportunity to check in and pick up any issues. The site team have been very responsive when things have needed attention and approachable throughout.

The whole team, both sales and site, have made us feel very welcome on the development. We are really enjoying our new home and are very pleased to have chosen Monarchs View.

Purchased our plot at forest view at the beginning of this year and moved in just over 2 months ago. Couldn’t be happier with the experience with the sales team. Sophie in particular has made each step of the journey so enjoyable.

I popped into Outwood meadows this afternoon and spoke to Liz, im looking to sell my current home to upsize and Liz explained part exchange and assisted move in great detail. She went through the site plan and all available and future plots, this has made my decision a lot clearer and will be returning to see Liz very soon. Superb service thank you

We’ve just moved into our new-build home and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the build quality is amazing. It’s been such a positive experience, and we’re delighted with our new home, couldn't speak more highly of their staff. Would highly recommend!

Carolyn and Nicola were always there for me their knowledge and help were amazing bring forward things I had not thought about I .was never felt pressured or rushed . They were so supportive for my needs and requests. Highly recommend them .
