They cancel your orders and keep your money and there is no way to reach out to them.

Do not trust Blossomkart. They operate by taking your payment, cancelling your order the next day claiming your location is "unserviceable," and then completely vanishing.
They promised my ₹675 refund would arrive in 7-10 working days. It has been nearly a month, the money is gone, and their customer service is just an automated AI bot that loops the same useless messages to block you from talking to a real human. They are actively bluffing customers and holding onto our money.
If you have also been looted by this website, do not wait for their fake refund timeline. Do this right now:
File a UPI Chargeback: Go to your PhonePe, GPay, or Paytm transaction history. Tap the Blossomkart payment, click "Help/Support," and select "Refund not received for cancelled order." This forces your bank to pull the money back from their payment gateway.
File a Govt Consumer Complaint: Go to the National Consumer Helpline portal (consumerhelpline.gov.in). Create an account, select "E-Commerce," and register a grievance with your payment screenshots. It takes 5 minutes and forces them to respond to the government.
Do not let them get away with your hard-earned money. Report them and warn everyone you know to stay away from this platform!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online platform. My order (#10938) was cancelled, and they have completely pocketed my money. It has been over a full week now, and my refund has not even been initiated. They have provided absolutely zero communication, no status updates, and no explanations for holding onto my money.
To make matters worse, they have deliberately hidden or removed any customer care phone numbers from their platform so customers can't call them out on their terrible service. I sent a formal email to their support team tracking this issue, and they are completely ignoring it. Do not trust this website with your hard-earned money. They are quick to take your payment but go completely silent when they owe you a refund. Avoid Blossom Kart at all costs! i give 0 review

I ordered a product from BlossomKart and paid through UPI, order number 10471 . The order was later canceled, but I have not received my refund even after 12 days. I emailed customer support several times but received no response. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before ordering from this website, I feel they are fraud...

Do not order anything from Blossomkart site. This is fully scam they take the order and money. Later order will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Totally fake and scam....

Very disappointing experience with BlossomKart. I only received an apology email stating that they couldn't deliver the order. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed, and there has been no response to my follow-up messages. An apology alone is not enough—customers deserve timely refunds when an order is not fulfilled. I would not recommend BlossomKart based on my experience.

This is the mail I hv sent to blossomkart for getting the refund and still its pending. Seems from the reviews that they are not genuine. ...

I ordered a birthday cake, but shortly afterward I received an email saying they were unable to deliver to my area and that my refund would be processed within 10–15 days.

It’s now been over a month. I haven’t received my refund, and there has been absolutely no response from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails, but none have been answered. There isn’t even a customer support phone number to call.

This has been an extremely frustrating experience. Taking a customer’s money, failing to provide the service, and then ignoring all communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, this feels like a fraudulent business. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before placing an order.

This Site is not trustable , i ordered Birthday cake , after few hours got a auto response like order cancelled and the amount will be refunded after 7 working days. Its almost a month so far the amount is not credited. No toll free numbers or other numbers to reach. EMAIL is the only way to reach them but they will not respond for sure.

⭐ 1 Star – Feels Like a Scam

My experience with Blossomkart has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, it feels like a scam.

The company accepted my order and payment, then cancelled the order within 30 minutes claiming they could not deliver to my location. This should have been checked before accepting the order and taking my money.

The worst part is the refund process. I was promised a refund within 7–10 working days, but that timeline has passed and I am still waiting. Despite multiple follow-ups:

No refund received.
No refund reference number provided.
No proper response to emails.
No customer support number available.
No clear update on where my money is.

From a customer's perspective, it is extremely frustrating to have your money taken immediately, your order cancelled almost instantly, and then be left chasing your refund with little or no communication.

At this point, the experience has been so poor that it raises serious concerns about the company's reliability and customer service standards.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before placing an order until the company improves its refund handling and customer support processes.
