I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered a school hoody a month before school started had to email when it didn’t arrive. Was told it would arrive around 1st Aug. Needless to say it didn’t, a further two emails sent and no response. I fortunately paid via PayPal and I contacted them and got a refund.

First time customer and I wouldn't use Blossoms again unfortunately, despite the items being good quality when (finally) received. (15 years or so of potential future business down the drain in one fell swoop!)

I ordered several items online in early June, receiving email confirmation with an estimate of 7-10 working days. No way to check status of order without calling up. Upon calling for an update after this timeframe, I was given really vague information (really useless customer service, frankly) and had to press for a more specific estimate of delivery.

About 3 weeks after the initial order, I got an automated email saying my items were shipped. Hurrah! Having been told on the phone that they use 48hr service, I was expecting my items 2 business days later. However, no sign of them after a week.... called up again, and this time it was blamed on Royal Mail 'not picking up items as frequently as they should be'. I was told I'd get a text from Royal Mail with a tracking number by the following day. Spoiler alert: I didn't. Another phone call; I was told the person who deals with online was not available and he would call me back. Yep, you guessed it: he didn't. Two weeks after the email saying my items had been shipped, I got the same email again (your order status is 'shipped'). My items finally turned up 5 weeks after the initial order.

Appalling Service, Constant Broken Promises, and Zero CommunicationI paid £80 upfront for an embroidered school blazer and have been subjected to an absolute masterclass in unprofessionalism and awful customer service.On the 10th, I was promised the blazer would be ready for collection at 5:00 PM. I arrived and waited for half an hour, only to be told it wouldn't be ready until the following day. No one bothered to give me a courtesy call to save me the journey.I returned on the 11th, waited another 20 minutes, and was met with the exact same excuse by the male owner. When I expressed how unhappy I was with this unprofessional treatment, he gave me a sob story about the tailor having a sick child. While family emergencies are understandable, it does not excuse a total failure to communicate with customers, nor does it justify continuing to take on an overwhelming volume of orders that the business clearly cannot fulfill on time. He then explicitly guaranteed that it would "definitely" be ready the next day at 5:00 PM.After shifting my schedule around and waiting, I went back today, only for the female owner to tell me it wouldn't be ready until next week. When I refused to accept this and recounted the male owner's explicit promise, she immediately changed her story, claiming it would now be done by tomorrow at 10:00 AM.When I pointed out how incredibly unprofessional this back-and-forth was and asked how they intended to reimburse me for my wasted time and petrol—all of which could have been avoided with a simple phone call—I was met with generic, empty apologies. I requested a partial refund on the £80 I paid due to the extreme inconvenience, and she flatly claimed she "couldn't do that." As a independent, family-run business, pricing and refunds are entirely at their own discretion, so this was simply a lie to avoid accountability.They are perfectly happy to take your money upfront but have zero respect for their customers' time, schedules, or wallets. Avoid this shop if you expect honesty, professionalism, or basic communication.

Items were delivered however took 4 weeks and delivery updates were lacking

I wouldn't give them even one star. I ordered school wear for my son on the 5th of August and have received nothing. Called them and no response. After reading the reviews on here I doubt I will get any response nor my money back. Will be reporting to trading standards.

How is this business still running?!!

Wanted to support a local business so ordered online after trying on a few bits in the shop. Ordered a bundle of branded items at the start of July and have still not received these items over 6 weeks later. Have called twice and each time been reassured that the items would be received within a few days. Last time I called was 2 weeks ago when I was told they would arrive middle of last week and STILL I have not received the items. I was told they would guarantee delivery before the start of term but I've had no update and today is the start of term! To make matters worse they seem to not be answering any calls and have not responded to my voicemail or email.

Judging by other reviews on here I'm not sure I'll ever receive my items.

I will be reporting them to trading standards. Please do not make the same mistake I did by shopping with them.

Zero stars! Ordered my son’s nursery uniform on 15th July. Heard nothing so called the shop end of July and was told it would be in by 10th August! After explaining it’s not much time to see if it actually fits and get a replacement if it’s too small she said they were big made! Roll forward 10th August heard nothing tried phoning, straight to voicemail, tried emailing no response sent my husband down today 11th August, he said the queue was out the door and everyone was fuming because same thing happened to them. The guy gave him age 5-6 jumpers I ordered 3-4. He said they were small made!!
They look tiny I have no idea if they are even going to fit tomorrow!!
Would never buy here again especially after reading others reviews who ordered way before I did! Absolute joke!!

Never again. I promised myself I wouldn’t order from this company again after the carry on last year. Sadly I could find no other supplier for the sweatshirts I wanted this year so had to go with them. Ordered in July for home delivery. No word on my order, no one answering the phone and no reply to emails. School back tomorrow so went to the shop which was queued out of the door and appeared to be in complete chaos. Lots of unhappy people in the queue. Teenage girls trying to answer customer queries and find items. Stock room open for all to see with uniform lying everywhere. A complete mess. The woman behind the till was rude to me about online ordering and me coming to the shop. When I raised concerns about no one answering emails or phones and the chaotic scenes in the shop she loudly accused me of being abusive and a racist! Could not believe what I was hearing. My order is incomplete but I had to take what she gave me as school is back tomorrow. She loudly told me that she doesn’t want my ‘racist’ business anyway and said she would cancel my order. I’m too shocked to even be angry at this point and still baffled as to what on earth I supposedly said that had ANYTHING to do with race. Absolutely awful company. AVOID.

Absolute joke of a company do not use,waited 3 months for school blazers and cardigans,no update on shipping and no cardigans for my daughter starting school apparently the order is somewhere and they told me no refunds,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I've fallen for a scam company. Do NOT USE.

Ordered over 4 weeks ago. Chased up order was put through to a manager who said i would receive by last week. Still not received my order. Emails sent voicemails left but no reply. They do not answer the phone number given. Schools now opening and no sign of our uniform

If had way 0 star! Ordered 30/6 now 10/8 and no order. School starts 12/8 Cannot contact via email or phone. Wish had seen reviews before ordering

I made the order the day after the kids broke up for summer I received an incomplete order on the 29th July called about missing items told they would be sent out that day we are now 2 days before school restarts no items received no communication no answer on phone nothing absolute joke not fit for business

Absolute joke of a company, stay clear of them.

I ordered a primary bundle for £62 at the start of May for my son starting school next week (mid August) and not only has my order not arrived, I’ve only received one response to my many emails chasing it up, which was in mid June. I was told they were waiting on one item to arrive the following week. I’ve emailed about 5 times since and nothing. My son will be starting P1 without a blazer and I don’t have a tie for him. This company are an absolute joke, I’m stunned they haven’t been shut down, I didn’t receive confirmation of my order or any order reference etc and I believe they only replied to me as I sent a screenshot of the £62 transaction leaving my accoun. I am not letting this lie and will report them to trading standards as I can see others have. They are letting kids down it’s an absolute disgrace.

Blossoms schoolwear is always great quality and prices and the staff are always very helpful

Absolutely terrible service. Quick at taking your money but trying to get a hold of them for info on the missing order is awful. They don’t reply to emails or voicemails. Have tried calling over 100 times the past 2 days and not once has the call been answered. Ordered in plenty of time for children returning to school and it’s looking like it won’t be here. Reading all of the bad reviews I honestly don’t know how they haven’t been shut down.

Ordered school uniform in May and it’s still not ready. I have emailed to follow up and I haven’t had a reply.

I ordered and initially did not get an acknowledgement but after emailing they sent me a receipt and said it would arrive by 24th just. It was sent then and arrived on the 27th. Complete order good quality

They only offer. A credit note if you return anything. They don't tell you at the point of sale. When my husband tried to enter into discusssion, they got the security guard, and he left, absolutely appalled
Please consider other vendors before giving this lady your money. The returns policy advising they.refund you, is for online order only
