Our first house.
Our advisor James was very thorough and supportive. This was our first property purchase and James provided us with all of the information that we needed. We had some issues with our legal advisors and James helped us with this. Total time from making an offer to completing was relatively short and this is thanks to the support from James and Blueberry Mortgages. Thank you.

Returning Clients
This is the second time we have used Blueberry Mortgages and once again we made the right decision. James Douglas looked after us every step of the way with securing a new 5 year fixed rate and securing us some additional borrowing from the same building society. The communication for this business began on 3/7/23 and closure for the rate change and additional borrowing was completed on 4/8/23! Surprisingly quickly. James Douglas kept us informed every few days and always advised us in his friendly professional manner. We were always able to phone Blueberry Mortgages and be connected to James immediately or he would return our call promptly if we had any questions. We would thoroughly recommend Blueberry Mortgages for their friendly, efficient and professional service.

Blueberry - Excellent!
Blueberry Mortgages were brilliant in helping us to get a mortgage for the first time. Our contact there was James Douglas, he was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were first time buyers and we had no idea what we were doing but James made the process so simple and easy. He was also very responsive to all emails and I was never waiting long for a reply (even when he was on annual leave his colleague Chris was quick to assist!). Because of Blueberry, we have actually enjoyed the process and we were never daunted by what was going on. We will never hesitate to use Blueberry in the future! Thank you so much!!
