Great customer service

A great selection of Bell tents, Air tents, Lotus Belle tents and shade structures. I’ve set up lots of glamping tents and these are all premium quality and can handle whatever the elements throw at them! Based in Byron Bay and offer pick ups. Fantastic customer service from Jessica who was so patient with me through my selection process. Thank you for everything

Urgent tent needed

I needed a new tent urgently after a large guest fell and caused a huge rip in the side of one of our glamping tents.They were out of stock in Australia so I contacted Rebecca who sourced one and had it on the way from New Zealand to Western Australia within hours .I can’t commend her enough for her friendly and pleasant customer service.If you are looking for a great tent like the Lotus Belle , then don’t hesitate to contact Blue Bohemian!

Love my Lotus Belle tent!!

Love my Lotus Belle tent!!! Easy to put up!! My kids love it. And for summer sleepovers I put it in my backyard and it’s basically magical. The aesthetics of this tent is matched only by the quality of the product. Highly recommend!!!

Quality service and a quality product

Jeepers those reviews below are ridiculous! This company is amazing. I have never met a more dedicated team, willing to go above and beyond. We’ve been making a huge return on our investment renting out blue bohemian and lotus style tents for many years. With the companies business program we were able to secure some key bookings and profit made through that we increased our fleet of tents. You’ll always get an honest and transparent consult with their CEO Jessica who is hugely knowledgeable and knows the market like the back of her hand. Quality service and a quality product. I’m very excited for the new rebrand and new product line up.

Love these luxury tents

Love these luxury tents! I used mine on a camping trip in Byron Bay. Super easy to put up and incredibly strong, considering that they look so good (sometimes things are made to look good and don't do the job well - not the case here).

It rained really hard, a full on electrical storm, and the tent was like a little oasis in the rain, no water got in and we were safe and dry.

The team at Blue Bohemian are easy to deal with and professional - they know their stuff! I can't rate them highly enough. AND the tents are just such a little piece of luxury, it makes you smile when unzipping the door.

The worst customer service

The worst customer service! Dishonest!
I saw their Bell Tent Stove on Trademe (NZ) for $1000 including shipping and looked up their website for more information. Their website had the stove listed for $900 so I proceeded to add to cart. Shipping came to $160- so total price including shipping through their website is $1060.
I emailed Blue Bohemian and asked if they'd like to invoice me directly for their advertised price on Trademe to save them money by avoiding the trademe fee.
Daisy agreed to invoice me, and a week later an invoice came through for $1060! I emailed back and said i was expecting an invoice for $1000 and she instead put up the trademe price to $1100 and disputed we ever agreed to $1000.
I should have just bought the stove on Trademe and let Daisy take the hit for shipping and trademe fee. But, after reading the other reviews i'm glad to not do business with Blue Bohemian.
Customer service is not there- Don't lie to your customers!

This is not a true account of what happened. In NZ we sell the stoves on two platforms Trademe and via our website. They are cheaper via the website. Paula has written us via the website to try and negotiate getting the Trademe price, we have offered to invoice her the website price (which is cheaper at $900) plus the shipping fee bringing the total to $1060, which we duly did. In the meantime the prices on Trademe have gone up to reflect 1) the changes to shipping costs and 2) a design enhancement - we are within our rights to do that. Paula has expected the old Trademe price despite us never agreeing , we agreed to invoice direct at $1060. We would have been happy to invoice the old Trademe price had we had more reasonable communication with Paula rather than aggressive posturing and the name calling which you can see reflected un the above case.. It should also be noted our CEO tried to call her to try and appease thing but calls and texts were ignored. We have been in business for 12 years and simply would not have got to where we were without our loyal following and multiple good reviews which can be found on our websites, social media etc. We love and cherish out loyal customers but in some cases you just can't please everyone.

We own a resort in Florida

We own a resort in Florida. Had hopes to install at least 5 of these tents. The tent itself is of a decent quality.

The customer service has been beyond horridness from the very beginning. We have now been almost a year waiting for a front porch. The covers will last 2 months in the sun. We asked for options for a product that will actually protect are investment. We were sent the disclaimer stating that the cover is basically worthless.

I got so angry with this company that I turned over all correspondence to my partner. I honestly hoped that it was just a personality conflict between Jessica and I. After the email we received today my husband partner is done dealing with them as well.

Can someone please buy this company that has some sense of customer service?

Possibly the worst customer service…

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve received in a long time. I give them two stars because the tent seems like a quality product so far (I’ve had it for one week at the time of this writing). The “founder” Daisy Walsh was rude and short in our interactions despite several mishaps with our order that resulted in us not getting a part of our order in time for an event. We placed our order over a month prior to ensure delivery and they never shipped part of it. She then insisted that I contact UPS even though UPS never picked up the item according to both the company’s own website as well as UPS. She never apologized for the errors they made. As our event approaches, we’ve had to scramble to find a stove and install it in time with less than a week left. Blue Bohemian caused us to lose precious time, first by dropping the ball with part of our order and then by going back and forth on whether they could get it to us in time and finally blaming UPS for losing an item that they never shipped in the first place. Daisy Walsh gaslighted us throughout blaming us for not “understanding.” Overall, it’s been a stressful experience dealing with this company and having to track our order a lot more than we would have liked, placing calls and sending emails to figure out what was going with our order even from the beginning after a week had passed and there was no communication on our order. Turns out, they had flagged us for fraud and simply hadn’t shipped it and there was no communication until we reached out over a week later. Again, no apology. If I had more time, I would return it and purchase a similar tent from another company. Also, there is no way to leave a review on their site. I’m not sure how they have gathered the reviews they’re displaying.
