Bluebox Storage Reviews 

We took on a storage unit from Bluebox at Bowburn, County Durham after the death of my mother in law. Sadly we had to empty her house of furniture prior to her house sale and whilst we owned a house we had not the facility to store it . As a result we took on a storage unit in July 2022. After researching prices, I found Bluebox were the most competitive for price and insurance. We have just 17 months later terminated our contract and throughout this time have had nothing but help and good communication from the company. We paid monthly and gave a months notice but would have no issue in using Bluebox for any further requirements. They are a nice company to deal with and their security measures are extremely good.

I have had my whole house contents in a bluebox storage container for nearly 2 years while I waited to purchase a property. I felt my property was safe and secure at all times. Access was straight forward at any time of day. Contacting them for any queries I had was easy.

The storage units are dry and watertight, the site is easily accessible and the staff, particularly Laura and Aimee are always helpful, polite and great with their communications.

I was sent to prison2 days after I took the container and was away for 4yrs when I finally was release my container was still sealed when I rang the staff and told them I had to pay. A small amount outstanding and they came and took off their extra lock straightaway nothing had been touched and right up to me handing back the unit they have always been curtious and pleasant A BIG THANK-YOU

Great company to deal with, I have had storage with them since they opened and have never had any problems communicating or dealing with anything I’ve asked to do for me, very secure, camera’s over whole compound and key pad electric gates. 100% advise anyone looking for storage this is the company to go with.
