First purchase (pants) cheap quality that makes a swishing noise with every step you make and not breathable. Organised an exchange. Yes they did apply a credit however had to pay the shipping cost again. I am exchanging for a jumper and yet to receive it. I do not hold high hopes and I would not recommend.

Good shop but much slower shipping than last year. Lots of quality clothes available.

As a New Zealander I feel misled by the bluebungalow.nz website. The address suggests there is a NZ based operation. However, after paying I found I'd been charged a foreign exchange fee! Also, the
help @ bluebungalow.nz that appears online IS INOPERABLE. So, not helpful for Kiwis. I am unlikely to buy more from this site and will look for local operators. Dresses I ordered are fine for quality but sizing is odd- one dress is smaller than expected and the other is larger! Go figure.

Amazing clothes and quality, speedy delivery, and fantastic communication when you require assistance. Local brand so even better. Hughly recommend.

I have purchased both instore and online at Blue Bungalow.
Both methods were easy. Instore of course has benefits of seeing, feeling and trying on garments but my online experience was good.
Delivery was amazingly fast.
I had an issue with 1 item and my return was approved and the free postage return was quick and easy. To top it off my refund was fast and hassle free.
I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Bungalow based on my personal experience.I will be back.

Always the best experience. I ordered the wrong size, (my bad) sent an email as soon as I placed the order hoping it could be sorted before despatch. Nothing to worry about, the team had it sorted and my revised delivery was in the post the day after I placed the order. So happy with the service and quality.

I realised after ordering something from Blue Bungalow, that I shouldn’t have done it. I am quite often tempted and I have loads of BB stuff. Their size charts and descriptions of the clothes are spot on.
My husband keeps a close eye on me, so I was having things sent to the PO but they have said I will have to open a PO Box if I want to collect parcels there.
Well, I had to cancel my order and BB were and are so kind about it. They always are. They are the best online store ever! I love them!
I just need to slow down my shopping. 😢

I carefully measured myslef to make certain I was picking the right sized dresses according to their size chart. I even used their chat service to double check. The chat service goes off their incorrect size charts so it's a complete waste of time. The dresses arrived today & are all massive on me & look ridiculous. I was relying on their size chart with their measurements of the garments to get the correct sized dresses for my cruise so am absolutely devasted their size charts are no where near accurate. The quality is cheap material. Nothing like what they look like on the web site. No where near worth the prices. I was going to put in another order today for shorts & tops. I definately do not trust them & will not waste another cent off my hard earned money that I could not afford to loose in the first place. Extremely disapointed & quite angry to be honest. Should of read these reviews before ordering

The fabric of these dresses is like a dishrag! Crinkles up, see through & just plain nasty.
So disappointing.
Better to try the Elcheapo sites.
Would not do a return even though it’s poor quality.

Sizing was wrong returned and refunded quickly simple process

Where to start from... items directly imported from China, no consistency in quality, size or design. Materials are worse than Temu ( wont be surprised if some are made out of used tent or air baloons), paid/ fake reviews from shop/ items and finally highly overpriced. Avoid at any cost!
