No grinder
The blue bus store is cool and products are quality there my favorite grinders. Although I happened to not get my last order I think my package got stolen. But That's not your fault.

Blue bus is the best company I had several issues with my grinder and they send multiple replacements just to make my order complete. Wouldn’t order from any other company!!!

poor description of appearance
i personally love the colors and the feel and everything about the grinders and it came in soo fast but one issue is they never mentioned how the mesh screen part of the grinder comes out so it’s optional to have a keef compartment which is nice but it was unexpected since i thought it was all connected and had a built in keef compartment i would still definitely recommend this company but make sure to look at the display pictures closely

This product is TOP NOTCH
First of all, this product is even MORE than I expected.
Let's start with the customer service. I ordered the box for my fiance, and forgot the discount code. I emailed to ask about it and they immediately responded saying to just give them the code and they'd give me a discount.
Next, we received the product in THE MOST BEAUTIFUL and safe packaging. The box it came in was so pretty that I can't throw it away.
Now to the item itself. It's AMAZING. The craftsmanship is SUPERB. Every accessory included is on point and I can't think of any other instance where I've encountered a better product. Down to the brush and the adhesive metal stickers that can adapt to plastic sticking to a magnetic strip.
Since I've been gifted this awesome box, I had to take about 2 days to get acquainted with it. This time has been nothing but FUN, and I realized that I should've originally gotten all the bells and whistles, such as the light, which I ended up ordering.
I would 100% recommend this to anyone, in fact, if you eventually get an order for a pink box to the same city and state, that will be the recommendation from me!

I own one I do not recommend
I own one I do not recommend. The cone roller does not work and I’ve been talking to blurbus support for 2 months about sending a replacement tube for the cone roller. At first it was it will take 2 weeks, then it’s in and will take another 2 weeks. Now I’m 8 weeks from contacting them and they stopped responding to me and all I got is an expensive box.

travel expenses and taxes are too expensive
I payed 135 EUR for travel expenses and taxes. I think that is way too much for a 170 EUR-box.

Very well produced
Very well produced. Everything fells very good. The only negative would be: the Metal Stick was a bit rusty at the engraving, so was the hook. The Grinder is made out of aluminum. But still 5 stars and will recommend it.
