Ordered samsung A54 phone on amazon arrived in 2 days unopened box ie new and a uk version now up a running with no problems would buy again.

Bought a ps5 only for it to dispatched and now saying delayed. Stay away at all costs, as sons girlfriend now may not her ps5 in tike for Xmas. These are sick people.. amazon have escalated this, but its the inconvenience of it all. All sellers should be vetted and verified to be able to sell on amazon..

I am raging, bought a phone and a boy George book came instead . They are absolute scammers .

Ordered Samsung galaxy buds pro2. Received a tracking lettersuggesting they were received which was not the case. Received a letter inside stating as this is a high value order this will be delivered our partner service.
Not good English appears fraudulent. Contacted amazon still awaiting a response.

Sent a phone back to them Ali signed for it and then tried to say it had never been delivered
Only spend the money you can afford to lose with this company

USED PHONE SOLD AS NEW
Ordered a brand new Samsung Galaxy A14 on 31st October, activated first week in November. Came with a number that wouldn't go away that was not my number. Phoned Samsung Helpline and they tried to reset it remotely. I was then told that this phone was not new but used and was activated in Egypt on the 23rd September. Sent phone back NO REFUND and now it has also ruined my old phone

Ordered 2 mobile phones and received 1. Now struggling to get hold of them. Not even sure if the device I've bought even has English language on after reading another review on here.
Absolutely shocking

Bought a samsung Galaxy Tab A8 from Bluefish through Amazon..on receiving it I couldn’t operate it at all..the first stumbling block was to indicate what country you wanted the language in….the fourteen listed languages were all from the Middle East..contacted Samsung technical department on chat, sent a screenshot to the from my iPhone showing the issue, they messaged back that the Tab was a non UK version and to send it back..although I was refunded it cost £10 to send recorded delivery so be warned..

They are thieves. They are liars. Ordered an item which was never delivered and they claim it has. Pure theft.
Avoid at any cost.

I placed on order on the 2nd January at a cost of more than £70.
Two days later, I received an email from Kerry Cole informing me that the items are, in fact, out of stock.
They are still being advertised on their website as for sale, more than likely resulting in other customers ending up in my position.
More than a week later, I am still awaiting my refund.
