Blue Mountain Water is a great company; really friendly staff who remember their regulars. Delivery is hassle-free, and if it's delayed, we usually get a phone call to tell us when the water is arriving. The water tastes DIVINE - loads nicer than most bottled waters in shops. We've used Blue Mountain for over 5 years and are really happy with the service, price and quality of the water.
Blue Mountain Water always deliver promptly, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Any queries are dealt with in a timely manner. All of the staff are a credit to the company from the Administration Staff to the Delivery Chap and the person who Sanitizes our water coolers. Customer Service is always excellent.
Staff have poor customer service skills & bad attitude
They invoice for products / services not supplied. Accused us of lying as their system showed no empties collected and they would not credit our account. Fortunately our CCTV showed driver walking out with them!! They had to admit they were wrong. No customer service. All staff we have interacted with have been rude. Not interested in customer service

try to charge you for 3 years on expiry, even though document provided has never been signed by management, but by a member of staff. avoid this company if you want an integral supplier
After being with our usual water provider for many years, we started to hit a fair few snags since their takeover. We approached Blue Mountain, and they were very accommodating, and managed to ensure we had a supply as soon as possible, especially bearing in mind it was during the very hot weather this year. The order process is simple, and delivery times are acceptable. We have only been with them for a short time, but so far, they have provided a very good service.
