Car Finance complaint
Car Finance complaint. Difficult to get hold of them. Sent information in 12th April 2024. Chased in July after the three-month response period with the lender. I was told they will raise a complaint with the FCA and update my file. Heard nothing and see nothing on the online portal. Called again to chase on 17th July 2024 and was told they have been busy and actually hadn't submitted my information. So in the last 3 months they have done nothing since i provided them with all the necessary information and to add insult they completely lied to me about when and where they were sending my personal data. It’s a complete miss place of trust and incompetence.

Awful company
Awful company. Don’t respond to emails or call back… customer service non existent. Apparently they can’t claim for miss sold car finance anymore as it is under review. I found this out elsewhere, nobody from Blue panda has told me that all claims are on hold they just ignore my emails and don’t call back when I’ve asked for updates. They have all my details which is worrying also… I submitted my details in January but have been fobbed off and no one responds to me. Quite happy to take all your details and call you a thousand times to begin with to get you to sign up. But once submitted you will be completely ignored. AVOID!

Having finally spoken to a customer…
Having finally spoken to a customer representative about concerns with proceeding with my claim for pcp with santander, I decided not to pursue my claim as I believe that santander did not missell me car finance. Fortunately my signed form had not been forwarded to a relevant legal firm to proceed with claim, so I decided to cancel the claim as I was concerned I would be paying fees as the contract seems to have many clauses in it .
The person I spoke to was very helpful and has cancelled my claim with no fees accumulated.
