It was a seamless process

We were introduced to Adam Shackelford at Blue Ridge by my mortgage company. We were building a house on a farm and were struggling to find a builders risk policy. Adam got to work immediately, found several options and took the time to walk me through everything. Fast forward to the end of the build and we needed to get a homeowners policy. I reached out to Adam and he got to work right away. He provided me with updates as he found options for us, made sure to thoroughly explain risk and coverages and fine tuned policies to meet our needs. We are very grateful to work with Adam on all of our insurance needs.

They made this claim very easy for me to navigate. Everyone was super nice and efficient.

Our personal representative, Lolita, is exceedingly prepared, respectful and knowledgeable. She listens carefully to our concerns and needs before providing available options in coverage, making sure we have all the information needed to make a decision . I feel like she’s looking out for us! Very comforting to have her working for us.
