Good Communication
Appreciated the phone call from Nashua to notify me of an issue with my policy with Farmers Mutual. She was out of the office for follow up, but one of her colleagues, Tim, was able to help me with the issue. The office was very good with follow up and making sure the issue was addressed.

Updating Auto Insurance after moving out of state
Adam was extremely helpful in navigating two changes of address - one for me moving from MD to OH and one for my daughter who moved from MD to MN. He also added my fiancé to my policy saving us both significantly over our previous policies. I can not thank Adam enough for the time he spent going over different options and scenarios for us. I am extremely pleased where we ended up!
