I first met Alex in the spring of 2025 and having been very impressed with his professionalism and openness we agreed to use his services to source and refurbish a property for our first HMO.
Throughout the process Alex has been easy to contact and always made the time to talk through any questions we had. Overall, and along with his build team, he has done a great job for us in delivering all that was promised.
Most importantly he has proven to be honest and trustworthy and we would certainly use him again should we take on another project.

As a first time investors, I was cautious of what to expect. Alex and the team have made it so easy and the process so transparent. Sourcing, securing, complete refurb management including planning etc, handing over to letting agent - nothing but efficiency and courtesy all the way.
