As someone with very little experience in outbound calling services, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the support provided by Bluetelecoms from start to finish. With many digital platforms, I’ve found that support is excellent until you sign up, then it quickly fades away. That’s not the case here. The ongoing guidance, support, and advice from Bluetelecoms have made the entire experience far easier and much less daunting for someone new to this space. Having worked with Blue telecoms via other companies before but recently using them for my own venture - they’ve always been so professional and approachable. Solid advice and know how to assist, solve and recommend solutions to pretty much any problems.

There’s many dialler/cloud based diallers out there but having tried and tested many, BT stick out by a mile as the best.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and they always seem to have their fingers on the pulse.

Fab The Rep was great , straight to the point , listened to what i needed and came with a quick solution as well as giving me regular updates throughout the process . I Found him very genuine and all round extremely polite and informative.

Not to forget Andrew from the technical team who gave me a great training session on the system from start to finish and no question was to much .

We use Blue for our blended dialler with multiple campaigns. I have worked with various dialler's over 20 years in call centre's and can honestly say, they have an outstanding development team and the word No doesn't exist where they are concerned. We have a vision and set processes and procedures and Blue have enabled our dialler to run alongside all of them making things slicker and easier for us to report on.
