I ordered on 8th March and My refund till now not processed and it’s been a long time to I ordered but the product is not delivered and refund is not received till yet.
Already I mailed to you so many times but you can’t give my refund back .
This is the last time I warn you if you not come across my problem and not give my money back then it’s not good for you.
Now I sue you regarding this case.
You already seen a message which i do on Instagram regarding my query but not replied.
This is the worst situation that I had ever experienced.

They are scammers they don’t deliver the product nor the refund or talk to you after you done the payment you keep creating ticket for complain but you will not get any revert

A defective product was first sent, the thumb openning in the right hand was not right it was the same side as that on the left. Further the zip line was not good and was pointing in some areas. Asked for a replacement, received with with similar defective product. Just unreachable Customer service, it looks like the numbers get blocked once you raise a ticket / concern about the product. Diusappointnig that it is endosed by a well known celeberity and it is unrpofessional of them to address concerns. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I have order a sunscreen jacket from bluetyga 4 april 2026 jacket and refund not received still 13 may 2026 and no customer support very poor service

I recently order few items from Blue Tyga, and asked one item to exchange. Exchange email was confirmed, and showed as exchange approved. After few days I chased on progress, but I received email that they're looking into this. Another follow up email I sent after few days, and they promised to respond back in 48 hours. Even this given timeline was passed and no progress, they just keep giving new timeline and not living up to their commitments. They run worse Support services on Earth. Pathetic support services, no one answers call too or give call back.

Worst experience ever with BlueTyga.

I have placed an order of Male jacket on 11th April, BT521256 not fulfilled. Showing as order is in processing. No body is even responding over customer call, chat support. Unable to cancel too...
Worst experience ever. No Honesty and trustworthy.

My money s gone.

I was waiting for my order for a very long time. I already sent an email regarding the delay, but my order has still not even been picked for processing.

Therefore, I wanted to cancel my order which I was not able to and they still have not picked up my order.There delivery service is worst and you cannot even cancel the order which is frustrating.

I am beyond frustrated with this experience. I paid for my order in full, but I have never received the product.
I have spent weeks constantly following up with their customer service team, but I am being met with absolute silence. No one responds to emails, no one answers the phone, and yet they were more than happy to take my money instantly.
At this point, my money is gone and I have nothing to show for it. This isn't just bad service; it’s theft and fraud. You should be reported to the authorities, and I believe every customer who has been scammed by you should take legal action.
Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose your money.

I ordered a jacket on april 10th. Got it delivered in few days. Once delivered, the size was not good so immediately i tried to place return from the site. But whatever the image size uploaded, it wont upload the pic. So cant proceed with return request. Then i started mailing the customer care. Nonsense..always they say they are working on the issue and its been a month , still they did nothing to facilitate the return..i tried calling customer care number n number of times, always call waiting and directly call gets disconnected. No one call backs..their number, mail everything is scam. They say in the site easy return, easy exchange, etc and scamming. So before placing order beware. Once money gone, its gone. Now the return window itself got closed by delaying resolution. Blue tyga if you cant work on customer experience then stop scamming. Dont fall for positive reviews as they approves only positive reviews and hides negative review

We ordered 3 jackets in total - One in L and two in XL size. We received only the "L" jacket.

This is unacceptable - especially it being a prepaid order and having to be delivered well within the 23rd of March. There has been no proper follow-ups or replies to our queries on Whatsapp.

Customer Service Number always puts us on hold - and once you connect and register a complaint, they block your number and always put it on hold.

Please don't buy this product got it from online the zip got worn out in the 1st day when asked for exchange there was no exchange policy for accessories. I think these people cheat their customer as they are selling only accessories 🤣
They replied in mail to return when visited the site it say non returnable just waste of money 1000rs in dustbin now

I had orderd sun jacket and wanted to exchange it because of size issue , 1st they came after 15 days to collect 2nd they have not yet refunded amount and customer executives are not replying any calls or mail if you are listening managment @blue Tyga do call me 9727205225 i owe you 1700 Bucks Mu rder number : BT456159

I would rate negative if I could. Pathetic experience so far and be aware that I haven’t received the product yet. Really skeptical now on how the product experience is going to be.
So I ordered a sun jacket in the 1st week of March, for days it was showing that product could not be picked up. After a few weeks, I started following up with the customer care. To be begin with, There’s no chat/call option on their app for customer support. There’s just an email ID where they don’t respond on time. It’s been 1 and half months now, I have been following up but not getting any satisfactory response as to when will I get the product or the refund.

I am sharing this experience so that everyone buyer can be cautious before buying any product from this brand.

Poor customer service, they r scammers, hardly deliver products, even if they did, they don't return or exchange it for u. Don't trust blue tyga. Order no.BT518721.

Modify- they are fraud i have order 2 months back I haven’t received the order and customer care cut the call no reply on the email. Pls start reporting same on their instagram page

It has been a month. Did not receive order. Still struggling to get refund. I raised multiple tickets. They said no update they have raised the issue. I have to wait for it to get resolved. What kind of service is this
