I received a docu sign email from bluewaterplumbing.co.uk purporting to be a contract. Clearly a scam as I have no connection or contact with same. Moreover the website of same name does not have proper certificates. Treat as a compromised or scam business in absence of statement from the business.

Had Trevor of Bluewater plumbing out to repair couple plumbing issues . Very professional , on time ,did fantastic job . I highly recommend Trevor and this company to get any issues you may have. Very impressed !!

The Bluewater Plumbing team is brilliant; I can't recommend the team highly enough. They replaced our boiler which was 20+ years old and installed a new highly efficient combi boiler. They also removed the old immersion heater tank. They arrived on time, kept me updated with progress and their attention to detail was brilliant. They clearly are experts. Melis led the comms and he was so great at scheduling the appointments and answering any questions I had. Thank you, Bluewater Plumbing!

We had complete new plumbing done by BlueWater Plumbing at our home. They also put in our radiators. An absolute 1st class service from beginning to end. I couldn't fault them and their team. Communication 5 stars, Efficiency 100%. They definitely went far and beyond their duties. Friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again in the future or recommending them to others.

I wish our Kitchen and bathroom guys were just as good.

I called Bluewater plumbing to look at my boiler as the heating was coming on when the hot water was on, an engineer arrived promptly,Covid safe as well, politely asked if he could enter and went to work to fault find the problem, he did this very quickly and identified what was wrong and tried to fix the issue there and then, he was unable but quickly got on the phone and ordered a replacement part which he picked up and returned to fix the boiler. From start to finish i felt that we were kept informed of our appointment by email/text, they arrived on time, were very clean and tidy and kept me informed what was going on and what was to happen. I would and will use Bluewater plumbing again and would have no hesitstion in recommending them, thank you.

Chris from Bluewater plumbing called 20 minutes before arrival, arrived on time, was polite and wearing the appropriate covid face mask. He completed to job quickly (installing an outdoor tap) and competently - he was also kind enough to have a quick look at our boiler that’s been playing up. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Called them out, telling them the fault code, sent pictures of boiler label, model, etc.
Turned up as appointment, with the part (printed circuit board), checked the fault, fitted replacement PCB, and gone - all in 15minutes.
