Blue Whale Media Ltd Reviews

I employed Blue Whale to re-design my website. Many months have gone by, and with each set of documents they presented, there were more and different mistakes. I don't think they understand how to build a website! I went to them for a redesign, and they have not even made a single redesign element. Well, one to be fair. They claim redesign meant fixing stuff behind the scenes (although I have seen zero evidence of any changes behind the scenes so I could not say if they have done anything at all). They refused to lift a finger before I had paid in full in advance. I do not consider this good practice, but acceded to the request to get the job done. I was then expected to pay £594 to simply put the website back on to my existing hosting site. When I asked them to provide the documents so that my friend could put the website on to my hosting site, they provided the documents in such a form that it was inaccessible to anyone but them which forced me to stump up the additional £594 just to get access to my own site. They behaved in a scurrilous manner. And I am very unhappy both with the way my job was handled and with the final result. Basically I now have to pay someone else to do the job I wanted done in the first place. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Sorry to say.

I just had to share my amazing experience with Blue Whale Media and their incredible team. They recently built a fantastic website for my bed and breakfast, and I couldn't be happier!

Let me start with the talented graphics team led by Alex. These guys are absolute wizards when it comes to creating stunning designs for my websiet. They took my vision and turned it into a reality, exceeding all my expectations. From the moment I saw the initial mock-ups to the final product, I was blown away by their creativity and attention to detail.

One thing I really appreciated about working with Alex's graphics team is their ability to listen and understand my brand.

They took the time to understand the unique vibe and atmosphere of my bed and breakfast, and that really shines through in the design of my website.

It's like they captured the essence of my business and translated it into a stunning online presence.

Not only did they create a visually stunning website, but they also made sure it was user-friendly and easy to navigate.

They incorporated all the necessary features and functionalities, making it easy for my guests to use and book their stay. And let me tell you, the positive feedback I've been receiving from my customers since the new website launched is absolutely heartwarming.

The whole process of working with Blue Whale Media was smooth and hassle-free. Their communication was excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. They were always available to answer my questions.

Thank you so much everybody involved

I've had a great experience with working with the team at Blue Whale Media. They designed my website beautifully and executed any guidance and suggestions perfectly. Jamie Smith is fabulous! Very personable, a delight to deal with and always has the best interests of your website in mind. Highly recommended!

We employed the services of Blue Whale Media to redesign our new company website and we are really pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Blue Whale Media if you're looking for new website design.

Thank you Guys.

I am a creative person but have a poor understanding of IT and the internet. But I knew I needed a website to sell my books.

The thought of building my own website made me feel sick and I knew that I needed to use a professional company.

Blue Whale Media had a very streamlined process for getting all the details and content that they needed from me. They added in all sorts of 'bells and whistles' (sorry I don't know the technical terms) to make the site work.

It runs smoothly now and I love waking up to see sales in my inbox. I still have no idea how it works. It just does!

We have just finished working with Blue Whale and mainly Anthony on our new video for our website and social media channels.

The video is fantastic, it looks better than we expected. Our whole team is made up with how the video looks and feels. We are sure our customers will also love the video when they see it on our website.

Special mention has to go to Anthony and the guys and girls who worked with us on creating the final version of the video. Thank you for going the extra mile with our amendments we know it must have drove you all mad.

I’m very impressed by their hard work and dedication to building my website.

Gary and his designer team are very professional and talented. Everyone who supported my to make my vision happen. I am extra thankful for Maeve who is apart of the designer team and she truly made sure that the website turned out to be an absolute dream and great communication.

Just at design stage currently and Alex has done a fantastic job to date, capturing exactly what I had in mind for our new exciting Career Mobility Pathways website. Alex listened to the brief, asking questions at every milestone and has created an innovative, exciting and motivational design! I can't wait to see the finished product!

Well done everybody

We have used them twice now and on both occasions they have been great. Website is looking fresh and as a company they go the extra mile for you as a customer.

We approached Blue Whale Media as a local company to launch a new website ahead of our centenary celebrations next year. The Blue Whale team went above and beyond! Each aspect of the process was fully supported, from stripping the content from the old website, to drafting the new content, to drafting a story board for the explainer video, to filming the video and to reviewing the design. The team took the time to carefully discuss each step, make amendments and adjustments as required and appreciated that we were novices when it came to website design. The service we received was exemplary!!

Working with Jessica at Blue Whale as part of our new website. She has been a pleasure to work with. She has come up with a great new design for us. She took time to get to know our business before she started the design. I found her friendly, helpful & answering emails very quickly. So far so good - looking forward to seeing the website now being developed.

Thanks to the team for helping us to update our Website and Online Sample Service. It functions perfectly for our needs and it didn't cost the earth to achieve. Since our first website project with them, we have started 4 new projects so our sites are all harmonious. Thanks again to Stephanie, Gary, Naomi and the whole team for their work! Would definitely consider working with them if you are looking for a website or service refresh!

We approached BlueWhale Media in order to design our website, after an in depth market research for a reputable digital marketing team in the North West of England.

What a great choice it turned out to be!

Their market knowledge, advice, professionalism and attention to detail is superb and throughout the process of designing our website, they always made us feel at ease. The overall experience was great in terms of design, communication and transparancy.

We cannot recommend Blue Whale Media enough!

In the design process for my companies new website and we have received fantastic support so far and I have been really impressed with the designs that Alex has come up with. Looking forward to the rest of process!

Fantastic service and attention to every detail and requests for the building of my website. Massive thanks to the team that worked on every phase of the development - from the Communication, design, testing and review.

Gary and all team has been a very big support for our small family run business. Each month we have a zoom catch up and discuss different marketing ideas and suggestions and every one is completed to the highest standard detail.

Currently the SEO marketing campaign is working great guns. We have managed to achieve some great positions within 4 months. I don’t fully understand SEO but the results make things easier to understand. I also love the fact we get detailed reports sent each month.

We have been delighted with the end results and long may the results continue.

The service they have provided us is the perfect combination of both professionalism and experience. We would highly recommend!
