Amazing range of K-beauty products. Better prices than other sites. Excellent communication. Really fast delivery. The loyalty points you build up can be converted into money off vouchers.

The best part is the customer service. You receive a hand packed parcel (recyclable packaging) with a sweet note and lovely free samples.

Enquiries are responded to personally rather than just automated replies.

Can’t say enough good things about this company and have recommended them to friends. The range is excellent and reasonably priced, reward discounts are generous, super quick delivery, beautiful packaging and fantastic customer service. A product I ordered wasn’t in stock and they sent me a personal (non AI!) email explaining and offering an alternative recommendation. So good 💕

I did not realise this was a small business when I ordered from them - they just had stuff that the mainstream places did not. When it arrived it really made my day. There were so many extra little personal touches that really added the luxury and individuality. It arrived really quickly and was packaged well too. Most importantly, the communication has been brilliant. Cannot recommend Unblemished enough!

Honestly I was so excited about how cheap the price was in comparison to other websites, but then when it came, it was so cutely packaged and had a hand written card with freebies, so I think it's actually a smaller company and not some big corporation? Would've never expected it with the way the website is and how smooth everything went and the price point.

Excellent service. Great range of products that are priced similarly to buying from Korea however the items ship from the UK so the wait is a couple of days not weeks. Goods are packed sweetly with samples that relate to the products ordered. I will be checking Unblemish first when ordering K beauty in the future.
