I ordered a dress from them and it cost me $497.00. This was my daughter's prom dress. I saw the dress on Instagram but I now see that it's a scam. So now I am out of $497 and have to buy a completely new dress. I saw on the website that the processing time is 14 to 20 days. The 20th day was the 9th. Still no tracking number. They must pay people to give them 5 star reviews on their site because there's no damn way they received their dress either. Definitely a lesson learned. I found their correct location in China and plan to file a complaint with China's Ministry of Commerce. Do NOT order from them. They are a complete SCAM

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 I would. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The dress we received looked nothing like the photo. It also did not fit as shown. Customer service was a nightmare and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICY. I only got a 50% return on the dress. Not 100% of the dress price. They tried telling me they would deduct $ for the fabric, the time and storage of the dress if I returned it. We measured perfectly and the dress should have fit. It did not. I even sent photos showing it and they told me it looked beautiful. 🙄 Seriously don’t waste your money on china junk.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I ordered a “glacial silver beaded prom dress” for my daughter’s prom, and what we received was not what was advertised on the website at all. While the general style of the dress is somewhat similar, the actual appearance is completely different.
The dress shown online has a silver/crystal beaded look, which gives it a glamorous prom appearance. However, the dress we received has white/ivory beadwork, making it look more like a bridal/wedding dress instead of a silver prom dress. The bead color, tone, and overall finish are significantly different from the listing photos.
This is not a minor variation — it is a material difference in the product.
I contacted the company immediately, provided photos, and explained the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to issue a full refund and only offered a 10% refund or a coupon, which is unacceptable for a $471 purchase that was not as described.
Because of this, we are now left scrambling at the last minute to find another prom dress, which has been stressful and completely avoidable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as the product you receive may not match what is shown online, and customer service does not properly resolve these issues.

Do not buy from this place. Customer service is horrible. The return policy clearly states you can return a dress if it was not custom ordered which mine were not. I had to notify within 14 days of receiving the dress which I notified next day. I have proof and all they want to do is say they cannot accept it and that they want to give me 10% of my money back and for me to keep the dresses. I have been fighting with them for weeks now. Stay away from this place!!! People have the right to return things just because they do not like the way the dress fits them or looks on them. Especially when your policy says you can do so. Never again will I buy or recommend this store. Horrible experience and on top of that no one will call anyone back or pick up the phone to speak to anyone.

I wish I would've read the reviews about this company before purchasing. I ordered a dress with the retail mindset...I pay and I receive. After purchasing, I received an email saying that the dress is being manufactured and that it will take up to 2-3 weeks and then shipping time. Manufactured? Seriously! They dont say that in the fine print! If that was the case, why didnt they ask for the measurements? The sizes in comparison to the measurements are off on the chart so I dont even know if the dress will fit.
Now when I ask for the status of the dress I get the same response over and over again without am estimated time of arrival.
This has got to be a scam! I have never seen anything like this.
How can you play around with people like this? Save yourselves the headache and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a custom tailored suit for my son. It arrived two weeks before the event, and not one piece of the three-piece fit was the same size as the other. I contacted them, hoping that they could do something about it, but was told that they checked, and the suit was tailored accurately, which couldn’t be farther from the truth. I measured him myself and put in all the measurements carefully. They refused a refund or return and offered me a 20% discount, suggesting I have it altered by a local tailor (like they can add fabric to an ill fitted suit) or that I should sell it locally. I can’t imagine if this was for a wedding. I would not trust this company. I am totally understanding that mistakes happen, but to not have any accountability and to blame the client is insane. The fabric was nice, though not linen as in the description… it was just such a bummer. My son picked it out himself and was so excited…now we are running around to find him something to wear. Very disappointing.

Do not order from here. The dress was a disaster and custom garment had to be altered. The dress was higher in the front and should have flowed all the way around, the dress was stitched with pink thread, the lining of the dress was nonexistent, the appliqué was not the same color and bulky on one side. Stop taking pictures from other sites and posting the as your own

This dress is worth every single penny! I got it for my engagement party and received so many compliments. The material is high quality, not cheap at all, and the color is exactly what I ordered. I’m usually a size 10, and the standard size fit me perfectly without any alterations. Super happy with my purchase!

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! I ordered my wedding dress with custom measurements and it fits like it was made just for me. The lace is gorgeous, the train is elegant, and the whole process was smooth. Customer service replied quickly to all my questions. Truly my dream dress!

This dress exceeded every expectation! I was nervous ordering a wedding dress online, but it’s even more beautiful in person. The fabric is high quality, the detailing is delicate, and the custom fit was spot on. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and received nonstop compliments. So happy I chose this shop!

Scammers!!!!! Absolutely shocking when I got my wedding dress.
First arrive different colour as I ordered. I paid extra £30 for customised size and dress came to big. On the end dress don’t even look like the dress which should be see through that I will not wear this for my dog. Communication with shop it’s impossible not respond for email or social media account. Trying to refund and send dress back but it’s not chance. Shop is not located in USA but in China. Be aware of that shop don’t waist your money and time. They are scammed

Dress was nothing like the picture on website. It was poor quality. I had horrible customer service experience and could not get my money back. This site is a scam.

The dress on the picture is nothing like what they sent to me. The sequins were all falling off and so much extra material. It looks very cheap and they will not give you your money back. I even paid extra for a custom size and they didn’t even get that right. The dress is way too big on me. It’s suppose to be a mermaid style dress and that shit has no elastic or nothing in it. You can’t get anyone on the phone at all. They are confused when you emailing them. RUN AWAY FROM THIS SITE!

They steal pictures from other websites (for example Teuta Matoshi). You will not receive the dress that is on the website, if you receive anything at all.

Disgusting company, unsuccessfully tried to return a dress would only give partial refund 15%-20% despite nothing wrong with the dress just didn’t suit me! Deducting storage 45% labour 10% and encouraging customers to keep the dress!

Ordered bridesmaid dresses far in advance, they didn't arrive for weeks, by the point had order found alternative dresses. Tried to return, but could not, as said would only get partial refund and would have to pay for shipping back to China! (Not America as website would suggest).

This is a SCAM!!! Ordered a dress for my daughter's prom a little shy of a month early. Paid extra for rush shipping. Did not get the dress on time. The dress look like a 1st grade grade project. NOTHING like the original, online photo. My daughter's lower body parts were hanging out. Hopefully on some review site I can send pictures. I will post. I normally do not write bad or any reviews. This was so disappointing.
