On Friday, 12/06/26, a woman named Gemma contacted us to arrange collection of the remaining €50 balance, as we had already paid a €20 deposit online. She came to our restaurant to collect the payment and immediately made members of our group feel uncomfortable due to her attitude and overall demeanour. She would only accept cash, not card payments, and her presentation and behaviour gave the impression that she may have been under the influence of substances.

Two members of our group had never booked onto the boat party. When Gemma asked them for payment, they simply explained that they were not attending. Despite this, she appeared surprised and uncomfortable with their response, even though they had never been included in the booking.

Before leaving, Gemma instructed us to arrive at a pub called Rejoyce at 2:30pm, stating that the boat would depart at 3:30pm. She later sent me a WhatsApp message confirming that full payment had been received and again reminding us to arrive at 2:30pm. She also sent a list of "boat rules" which appeared to be intended as humour, but came across as unprofessional.

On the day of the boat trip, our group arrived at Rejoyce at 2:30pm as instructed. The barman informed us that the boat party organisers had not yet arrived. We waited, went downstairs briefly to buy snacks, and returned around 15 minutes later, but there were still no organisers present. Several minutes later, staff finally arrived and asked to see our IDs and booking confirmations.

A man introduced as Gemma's husband then attempted to sell us an upgrade package for an additional €20 per person, which would provide premium drinks rather than the standard drinks included with the boat trip. He then gave what appeared to be a rehearsed story about only making €7 per passenger and claimed that €1 from every upgrade would be donated to a cancer charity. This completely changed the atmosphere and made many of us uncomfortable.

When we politely declined the upgrade, he made a remark suggesting that we did not want to donate to charity. We found this comment inappropriate and offensive, as he had no knowledge of our personal charitable contributions.

At 3:30pm, the advertised departure time, we asked staff when the boat would be leaving and were told "very soon". Over the next hour, every enquiry was met with either "very soon" or "10 minutes". By 4:35pm, we were extremely frustrated. We had spent over two hours waiting in a bar, missing valuable time in the sun and receiving no clear information about the delay.

When we again asked staff what was happening, we continued to receive vague responses of "2 minutes" or "10 minutes". At that point, we decided that we no longer wished to board the boat due to the significant delay, the poor communication, and the uncomfortable atmosphere created by the organisers.

We requested either a partial refund or some form of compensation for the lengthy delay. The staff showed little interest in addressing our concerns and repeatedly told us to "speak to the manager". When the manager, Gemma's husband, returned, we attempted to explain our concerns and disappointment with the experience. However, he immediately became dismissive and argumentative.

As he was directing passengers towards the boat, we calmly explained why we felt entitled to some compensation. In response, he became extremely aggressive, shouting, swearing, and behaving in an intimidating manner. His conduct was so upsetting that women in our group were reduced to tears. His body language was threatening, and we genuinely felt uncomfortable and unsafe in his presence.

We ultimately walked away because we were concerned about how the situation might escalate. Two separate couples who had been preparing to board the boat witnessed the entire interaction and approached us afterwards to say they were no longer willing to go on the boat because they were so shocked by the way we had been treated.

Later, we received a text message from Gemma which appeared to dismiss and minimise the events that had taken place.

Overall, the entire experience was deeply disappointing, upsetting, and unprofessional. From the initial payment collection through to the aggressive behaviour displayed by management, the service fell far below an acceptable standard. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking with this company.

Paid €69 for VIP package, we were then told that to get premium drinks we would need to pay an extra €20. I tried to explain what we had paid to be told ‘everyone on my boats a VIP darling’, he didn’t even look at my ticket. The boat was supposed to have included sangria which was my tipple but there was none.

The boat host…. Wow, what a dirty old coke sniffing pervert. You were not allowed to stand on anything higher than the floor of the boat unless you were willing to grind up on what I can imagine is his tiny d**k, he should be ashamed and all in-front of his son.

The boat was old, dirty, toilets filthy and I’m guessing not really sea worthy since the boat left the dock and travelled only 5 minutes before mooring up for people to go swimming. It didn’t move for the next 3 hours, I know there’s a fuel crisis but this was taking the pi*s.

All in all please do not give these dirty robbing pirates any more of your money. It’s an absolute scam!!!

I reserved online a ticket for a boat party.
I paid €20 as an upfront payment, which I understood would be deducted from the total price of €80 at check-in, thereby securing my place on the event.
When I presented the QR code from my reservation at the venue, the staff informed me that the reservation was invalid and that they could not assist me further. They also stated that this type of issue is not uncommon with this supplier. I attempted to contact the company directly to resolve the matter, sending two emails; I only received a response to one of them. Consequently, I was able to purchase an entry ticket on-site, but I lost the €20 prepaid amount.

Really good and reliable booking platform! Have used them for multiple locations around Europe and they never disappoint. Also very responsive!

Do not use this service

Their website allowed me to book a boat party in Barcelona for 17 people for a slot that was already sold out and I've still not been able to get my deposit of £250 refunded. I've followed up numerous times via email and Whatsapp and despite being told I would get this refund in full it's not arrived and they have ignored all of my messages. Shocking service and outright robbery.

My fave day of the holiday with my besties. Met a bunch of lads from our area and had such a laugh with them.
Drank a bit too much but would do it all over again if we had time before we go home.
Second time I’ve been on this and coming back in June, can’t wait! xx

Mint boat party at first I thought it would be full of lads but when me and the mates got there it was great so many birds and the crew was sick.

Me and my mates went here on our holiday. Had a sick time would definitely do it again, good drinks and good music. Not an absolute meat fest aswell.

I went on the Malia Booze Cruise with a couple of my mates for my birthday and it was definitely not one to forget. We all had an amazing time and just couldn’t stop talking about it for weeks😁 Will definitely look into booking it again for 2026⭐️

je n'ai jamais été remboursée pour la boat party qu'ils ont surbooké et qu'on n'a pas pu participer, on a attendu 2h sur place pour qu'ils nous renvoient sans solution et malgré mes demandes de remboursement qu'ils ont promis, je n'ai jamais pu l'obtenir et ils ne me repondent plus.

VVIP boat party definitely lives up to its name… best boat party in Zante!! Me and the girls did it for one of their hen dos in August and couldn’t think of a better way we could’ve spent it🤩

We were searching for things to do in Barcelona. We came across the boat party and thought it would be class for our stag do it was perfect and we highly recommend it amazing staff and amazing experience 😀
