I ordered a beautiful mural that I had already had years ago from a different provider. I discussed the requirements with Jason, and had a mock up emailed which I approved. Sadly, when it arrived the quality of the image was very poor, and nothing like the mock up or the mural I'd had previously, from the other supplier.
I spoke to Jason and he was initially great, he wanted to rectify it and they tried to improve the quality and sent samples. However, they could not achieve this, so rightly he agreed to refund me. He emailed me saying that I had to return the mural for this to happen. He knew I was doing that. However, when I requested the refund for the return £15.95. He refused. I reminded him of the Consumer Act 215 which clearly states the company must refund me because the mural was not of a satisfactory condition and not fit for purpose. That's when his attitude changed. He firstly blamed their accounting system, not having the function, then he blamed me, saying I should have requested the return refund prior to me sending it. Which of course is ridiculous. The law clearly states it is their responsibility and I am legally entitled to that refund. But he would not do so. He just apologised that I was not happy, and that the refund for the mural itself, was a gesture of Goodwill!.
Such a shame, as I like to support small companies, but I wouldn't take the chance, its a lot of money to lose.
They obviously know I cannot enforce the Consumer Act without incurring additional costs, so do not want to follow the law.
It stated off as good customer service, and then ended up being poor.

I had a wonderful experience with Bobbi Beck. Although the wallpaper I ordered was backordered for about two weeks, their team kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew what was going on. As soon as it was ready, it shipped promptly.

The quality of the wallpaper exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful, feels incredibly well made, and completely transformed my dining room. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would definitely order from Bobbi Beck again.

Great quality, mural went on easy and arrived wuick

Their wallpaper is fantastic and was promptly delivered. Unusual prints and so much choice, great quality and I love their ethics, everything came in paper, not plastic. I went for Diablo in Purple for my home office and am over the moon with the results!

We ordered the 3D faux panelling wallpaper-Bamford, in beige.
Arrived much faster than expected considering I was told it is made to order. The problem is the cut and colour. We have one square and two halves which looks rather unsightly, on top of that, it’s definitely not beige but sage green/grey. It looks drab, mid tone colour (which I didn’t want at all) very grey and what’s worse is you can’t change it! Policy states the colour will look different in each room, which I totally understand but not sage/green, it is beige!!!!! Extremely expensive mistake. I definitely will not buy from here again and will cost so much more to rip it off and put right.

I rarely leave reviews, but the service I received from Bobbi Beck was exceptional and deserves recognition.
For several months, I was in discussions about creating a customised mural wallpaper. It was a lengthy process because I spent a lot of time refining the design, colours, and overall look to make sure it was exactly right for my space.
Throughout the entire journey, both James and Jason were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly patient, responsive, and knowledgeable, answering my many questions promptly and thoroughly. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Instead, they worked with me collaboratively, offering guidance and support while allowing me the time I needed to finalise my choices.
Excellent customer service can be hard to find, but James and Jason went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to help made what could have been a stressful process an enjoyable one.
A huge thank you to both of them for their outstanding support. They are a real credit to Bobbi Beck, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for high-quality, personalised wallpaper and exceptional customer service. Thank you both!

Great website even allowed me to work out how many rolls I would need! Excellent customer service, great delivery and really good packaging. The wallpaper itself is fantastic quality with a wide range of options to choose from. I wanted something dramatic and am absolutely thrilled with the results! Thank you so much

Our mural was faulty, with a checkered pattern running through the delicate Japanese style floral design (not obvious until it was on the wall). Upon complaining, they admitted the fault and offered a 25% discount, which is no good if your expensive mural is not fit for our purpose. After refusing this, they offered a refund but insisted we return the mural before they would give it. I understand they need proof so I sent evidence and said they could inspect it. Scraping the mural off the wall to return it would mean another £300 decorating fees plus another £300 to have the replacement put up afterwards. Having already paid decorators fees, I his felt this was petty and not in the spirit of good customer service. It's a shame as they'd been great up until then and I'd wanted to buy more as I'm doing my whole house and my interior designer neice has a large project she wanted murals for. Unfortunately I couldnt recommend them after their response. I have now been forced to escalate this to Trading Standards and I await the outcome.

Fantastic customer service from Jason. We had a slight issue with our first order of Agnew Mural on luxury paper. After speaking with Jason this was resolved and we received a replacement. Wow what a beautiful mural. The colours in the mural and the quality of the paper are amazing. I would recommend Bobbi Beck to anyone. People might look at the price and be put off … don’t be… you get what you pay for. It will last for years.

This is by far the most expensive wallpaper I have ever purchased... but when I saw the pattern and colour scheme I knew it would be worth it. The ability to take a photo of your room and 'try on' the paper was a great help. Delivery was quick, and all packaging recyclable. Paper excellent quality and looks lovely on the wall. Just the art deco vibe I was looking for.

I ordered the Roam wallpaper and I have to say it’s even more stunning on than I had hoped. Beautiful timeless design.

Absolutely gorgeous wall paper my painter and decorator said the quality was the best he had seen and so much easier to hang than shop bought paper worth every penny

We ordered a satin Motwani mural wallpaper from Bobbi Beck, it looked absolutely stunning on the website. However, we had a slight issue with the first delivery. We called the company, spoke to Jason and he immediately offered a replacement and provided a complimentary upgrade to the silk version. We are really impressed with the level of customer service that is still being provided in the UK. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of having wallpaper/mural in their homes. I was also impressed that there was an actual human being who answered the phone straight away!

Fabulous wall mural, excellent customer service! I contacted Bobbi Beck a couple of times before ordering the mural to seek advice on the orientation and crop of the picture. Jason got straight back to me with mock-ups so I could really see what it would look like when put up. I also ordered samples so I could feel the paper quality and see the colours in the mural as they would be in the final product. With Jason's help and this prep, I ordered a Hugo mural on Premium paper. When it arrived, there was a problem with the crop. I contacted Jason and he sorted it out immediately, making sure I had what I needed quickly. We put the mural up carefully and took our time, but it went up easily as the paper quality is outstanding! The image is situated perfectly in the space, thanks to Jason's help, and it looks so impressive on the wall! I find myself staring at it, and my husband can't help but pause and say "Wow" every time he walks past! I have wanted a mural for some time but I was a bit worried about getting the measurements and the image right, and getting a nice finish on the wall. Bobbi Beck made this experience easy for me and the final product is breathtaking. I would absolutely order from them again without hesitation. Thank you so much for bringing my vision to life - it has transformed our home!
