3rd Time Ordering
We have not gotten the one we just ordered but are repeat customers. We had one made for my boss last year and I had one made for my son for football this year. I was told I am allowed to order one for each year he plays, that is high praise. 15-year-old boys are brutal when they don't like something. The one we had made for our boss was custom and it was perfect. Down to the Remarkable in his hand. Great customer service! You can't go wrong with this company.

I would buy from them again! I was able to approve every step and make changes if I had wanted or needed to but I didn't have to because they got the sketch correct and perfect everytime! I was amazed seeing it in person and my boyfriend was shocked and amazed and loved it.

The attention to detail is magnificent. They walk you through every step with pictures for approval and will change any detail if you require. Had a great experience and recommend them 100%. I got it for my brothers bar and it looks just like him. He loved it!

The only down-side to this was that despite ordering the vip service and despite advertisements that these items would be delivered by a certain date, it exceeded the timeline expectation of delivery.
