I will say this about Bob Diamond. I enjoyed learning the course. I spent way more than $2000.00 to partner with his firm. With in 2 months I had made my initial investment back. I had spent in the 5 digit figures to partner with his company. Everything after that was gravy. My daughter and I worked together. We helped many people especially some of those in the Houston Area that lost their homes due to the hurricane. We helped a lady in Georgia and we actually discovered someone literally had stolen her home by fraudulent paperwork. We were able to get her overage money back to her plus she was able to sue the crook who stole her house, such a rewarding day and she was so thankful. The only way this would be a scam is for someone not to put in the work that needs to be done. There is a lot of money to be made if you’re willing to go through rejection and still be persistent in wanting to help people.
I wasn’t able to continue doing this for the last several years because my husband had become ill and my focus was on him, he passed away this last May. I still want to get back into doing the overages because believe it or not you’re helping people reclaim money they didn’t even know they had.

Very misleading. Paid $97 …. Which was just a short intro that expired in 30 days. Did not get you into the program at all, which I later found out cost about $1500. Don’t fall for his hype!!

$2000.00 for training. Who has that kind of money? If he want's to help people charge less than 100.00 for info If it's so successful why is is so expensive. Why is he selling training for a kings ransom rather than just training people to do the work? It sounds like the Amway scam. I can't find any honest reviews.

In June 2024, I reviewed surplus tax fund lists from several Florida counties and sent letters to over 30 potential claimants. Although I initially couldn’t reach the claimant directly, I left several messages over the month. On July 1, 2024, the claimant, an 81-year-old individual, reached out to inquire about the claim process, wanting to expedite the filing due to health concerns. The claimant’s spouse, who passed away in 2016, was the original owner of the property, with several years of unpaid property taxes.
After obtaining necessary documents—the spouse’s death certificate and their marriage license—we filed the claim on July 17, well in advance of Gulf County’s August 20, 2024 deadline. I routinely checked with the County Clerk’s office for updates, and on October 14, I was informed that checks had been mailed to both the claimant and our company.
The claimant returned a brief feedback questionnaire, expressing appreciation for our promptness, regular updates, and professionalism. They noted it was a pleasure working with us.

At the end of January of this year, I pulled the list from Cuyahoga County, OH Clerk Of Courts site. It is open to everybody for download but I still found a great deal
on it right away!

As I make it a habit now I regularly request excess funds list updates from the state of Ohio Counties as I slowly expand to other states.

It was easy to find HHH former and current addresses, emails and phone numbers using my 3 sites:

On February 22, 2024, I sent my first letter to current member of an LLC, M.P.

In just 7 days, on February 29th, I received a call from M.P. trying to get more info.

I went through the phone script with M.P. and EASILY got his agreement!

On March 19th, 2024 my attorney filed the claim electronically with Cuyahoga County, OH.

And on August 13th my attorney received the check from the county!

For a total turnaround of just 173 days from sending just one letter to the client to receiving the check!

Same week he sent me my fee in the amount of $6,304.10!

Meanwhile I was simply working on more deals.

I'm excited about the checks coming from Ohio!
This is the second check in a row after the one from July 25th - just 3 weeks before!
Also it sure makes me excited listening to people's reactions to receiving those drops of totally unexpected money especially big chunks like this one.

I recently processed my 7th or 8th claim. I found the lead in Delaware's Project Rightful Owner site, on the Superior Court website. I then mailed the claimant a letter, who responded, and we did the agreement.
The claimant was not that skeptical, but the case was somewhat complicated by divorce and Family Court Proceedings were brought into the equation by the attorney who I routinely deal with.
An attorney is required in Delaware to process Overage claims.
There was a HELOC left over, even after the foreclosing mortgage was satisfied by the Sheriff Sale, that had to first be reconciled, but even after that, there was still about 60K leftover to be claimed.
The Judge awarded my claimant 1/2 of that amount. The other 1/2 goes to the other partner, who was uncooperative.
So, in the end, my claimant was very grateful and will use the money to buy a much needed 2nd hand automobile. I personally will use my commission to pay off Vendors and debts, at least in part.
I am grateful to Bob Diamond and his staff for assisting me whenever I had questions or concerns.
About my thoughts on the business . . . It has become competitve of late, at least in Delaware and I feel fortunate to get a one or two percent response rate at best.
This, in all honesty, has made it somewhat difficult in the last couple of years or so.
However, I am grateful for this business as it has given my the freedom of not having to get a part time job in my retirement.
You know, the kind of jobs that give you a generous ten minute bathroom break!
I have used all the marketing mediums, including phone, email ( my favorite ), and of course letters.
They have all have produced results.
My biggest claim netted my company 43K and that was for a foreign judgement against the former homeowner, who was again, uncooperative with me.
The Judgement Creditor was a pleasure to work with!

When working with another client we came across a mess of a court case. We have stumbled across someone (another company) who was "attempting" to help a client with his past foreclosure. I have received my first check, and it was very exciting to open the mailbox and find it there. I found the lead calling the county’s Tax Commissioner office and requesting the excess funds list. I did the skip trace to find the claimant’s contact information. The claimant was deceased, and the wife answered the phone call, she was very cooperative and agreed to the process right away, she was very happy as this money was not expected and was very thankful for me to have reached out. This first accomplishment will motivate me to keep moving forward. This is a business that helps people while being profitable at the same time, I would say a win-win. Please share these photos with Bob Diamond. I purchased his program last November/2023 and got started right away. My first tax overage claim was for $238,929.40.(i received 25% of that, ($59,732.35) It was a couple that had both passed away, the husband in 1995, then the wife in 2017. I did extensive skip tracing and found the only living child living in another state. Fast forward about eight months and i received my check. My other claim was a smaller one for $71,312.90, (i received 10% of that, $7131.69). I received that check three weeks prior to the big one. These two checks have literally changed my life. My first deal was an interesting one. Call it a baptism by fire. I found a deal in Georgia in April 2023 for $15,328.00 in Georgia. This property had two owners, a dissolved LLC, and an individual. When I first contacted them the owner of the LLC wanted to try to collect the funds himself but his partner wanted me to handle everything. Since I couldn’t persuade him, I backed off and let him try. I categorized the lead as “follow up” in my tracking sheet. I figured there was a possibility of them running into problems. I was right.
I called them back about a month and a half later. This time both of them wanted me to handle the deal. The county rep provided me with all of the necessary additional paperwork needed for the claim which included an affidavit for the LLC owner indicating his status in the dissolved LLC. It included a field called “shares issued”. My client put “0” in this field. He should have put “1”. The county attorney then told me that the funds could not be paid to the owner of the LLC, or the other owner who had no involvement with the LLC, because their policy prevented them from paying funds to a corporation that issued no shares. I explained that my client misunderstood that field and asked if we could refile with the correct information. The answer was no and my heart sank.
Surprisingly the county attorney did offer an alternative, i.e. have the agent of the dissolved LLC sign an affidavit that met the requirements of the county. We submitted the agent’s affidavit and the funds were paid out about 3 weeks later.

I had this 43k claim where the person was deceased and I have found the heir via skip tracing. He was an older person so he wasn't sure, he got me in touch with his son who I explained everything and we got into agreement with the heir.
That claim was supper quick and easy and got the money for my client, the heir. He's very excided for the money as he wants to help out his son with his financials.

I wanted to share my experience after leveraging the education and resources obtained from the Overages Blueprint from Bob Diamond. I found my lead from reaching out to some local counties in my state and requesting the tax sale list. Amongst these were several names and I just kept taking my swing at every attempt I could until I found my claimant. To get in touch with my claimant I needed to call on a list of relatives/friends that amounted to about 20+ people. Eventually I found the claimants brother and explained how he would be entitled to some money from the state, and I needed to get in touch with the claimant as soon as possible. Turned out the claimant was in El Salvador, and I needed to reach out via an app to communicate the situation. I would say this was certainly on the easier side, however the claimant did have their skepticism. Even when he agreed to the terms of our agreement and I sent over the paperwork through what I thought would be a quick close, he had another relative in the states give me a call to ask more questions about the process and how we help people. Eventually, every got on the same page. The property was lost in a tax sale due to the owner leaving the country and leaving the home in the care of relatives. They fell behind on taxes and eventually the home was sold.

I was very pleased to know that this claimant is going to use his proceeds to get his immigration papers completed for him and his family. He wasn’t expecting these funds, and it will go a long way in cover all of their legal fees. He was very grateful.

For me, this first check symbolizes the start of a new life for me and my family. I’m very excited about the prospects of this being my new lifestyle and making a major difference in the lives of the people whom I work with. These funds are coming just in time for our family vacation to Cabo. We will certainly splurge a little more.

I was able to receive my largest claim so far, in the amount totaling over $91K.
I searched the county auction site and found the overage and then, with the help of a professional skip tracer, found and contacted the son of the previous owner of the property.
He was not skeptical but he was frustrated with the amount of calls he received to help him claim the funds as the original total was over $200K before liens we subtracted.
The property had actually belonged to his parents who had both passed away.
The money comes just in time as he was unemployed for awhile and fell behind in some of his expenses.
This success has boosted my confidence in this business and the process. The money will be used to keep me funded while I close more deals.

He called within a week of my 1st letter to him. I went through the phone script with Gerald and EASILY got his agreement! On August 13, 2023, I sent my first letter to Gerald F. 5 days later, on August 18th, he responded and we talked for about 10 min.
In 2 hours I created the needed paperwork and found a notary nearby Gerald's community. Everything went quickly. On August 28th I receive Gerald's signed and notarized claim from the notary. On August 29th I shipped his claim to my attorney. On November 9th, 2023 I received my commission check from my attorney!! For a total turnaround of just 75 days from talking to the client to receiving the check! My attorney also took the responsibility of sending funds to the claimant as well. I'm excited about the checks coming to both Georgia, Ohio and Florida now! With over 200% growth over the previous 2 years I more and more convinced that I can live off my Overages Business alone! I was very fortunate to have two court cases approved on the same day for a total of $168,411.27! This check for $42,166.33 came from a Deceased family member's foreclosure surplus proceeds. I was able to locate the parents who had no idea these funds were available. They were ecstatic to learn of this and were brought to tears when I personally brought the checks to them.
I cannot tell you how much this business has changed life for me. I am a licensed realtor, but am now devoting my time to this business. It's not a "get rich" scheme, but, possibly, a "get rich" soon with the right effort and dedication.
