bodalgo Reviews

Bodalgo is a serious organization and very attentive to the problems of those registered on the platform. Thanks

Although I haven't booked yet on bodalgo, in the few months I've been on the site I have been shortlisted and it is definitely the slickest, most data informative, and most convenient platform I have used as a voice actor. I very much appreciate the rate guide which both talent AND clients can see and reference. And I appreciate being able to see if my audition was even listened to, and know what percentage of auditions that client GENERALLY listens to if they have used the site before. I also find the professional and positive quality of the client base refreshing and encouraging. Other sites I have used are flooded with AI/TTS jobs (...why would I help robots take my jobs?), very low paying jobs, and a lot of attitude from the start from clients about what they won't consider.... a huge turn off. I also like how much advice about the vo business and booking is available right on the site. The only thing I would like to see (in addition to a booking!) is the ability to upload video demos. On other sites, in my vo profile I can upload a commercial or animation clip and one can hear my voice in context which I think is a cool thing.

BODALGO is great for finding voice actors for a project. The casting feature is easy to use, and the overall usability of the site is excellent. The BODALGOMAT provides a good estimate of what a voice actor should cost, and the selection of voiceover talents is huge. Highly recommended!

The site took prompt and great consideration to my specific request.

I've been with Bodalgo for some years now. The casting briefs are top quality. I've had some great voice-over roles with Bodalgo, and Armin is always very helpful.

And the icing on the cake? There are now free group tutorials online presented by fantastic directors and experts in the business. Great for boosting your career!

Highly recommended!

It was a very friendly experience

I've been with bodalgo for some years now. I like that Armin fields only choice auditions with quality clients, charges a fair and flat rate for all parties, and is very straightforward with no bs in his dealings with everyone. He's also improved the service yearly with more amenities like bodalgoPrompt. I highly recommend a subscription if you like no nonsense and quality.

Highly impressive and professional service!

Bodalgo ROCKS! Easy to use with a great interface, it's chock full of tools like a teleprompter, Bodalgo call (a browser based connection for recording and communicating with clients), a business database and more. PLUS all the good jobs. Lots of European clients and repeat clients as well! Best P2P hands down.

Bodalgo is a decent website with good jobs IF you can get them. In my experience, if I don't audition for a job within an hour, there's no point in bothering because I'll be at the bottom of a very long list. I've auditioned for over 100 jobs and haven't booked ANY. I've been an actor and VO artist for years, so I understand that we have to audition a lot, but over 100 without success is disappointing. Most of my auditions have never even been listened to. If you're happy to spend almost 40 euros a month for the membership and don't record specific audition scripts (which I always do), then it's not a big waste of time. The recommended fees are respectable, but you can quote less, so you also never know if you're missing out because someone else has agreed to work for the bare minimum. I like the site and the absence of commission fees. It's also great to know that one will work directly with a client, unlike most, if not all, other platforms. However, you may never get a return on your investment.

A plataforma é ótima, nos dá autonomia e é super segura. E gosto muito da possibilidade de só assinar quando aparece um casting que me encaixo no perfil.

As a voice actor, I've been utilizing Bodalgo for probably a decade+. Armin, the owner, has provided a reputable and robust platform for VO Casting, VO Auditions, which matches up talent to projects. I have several clients that I've worked with multiple times after they found me here. If there are ever any issues, like today, Armin responds in minutes, taking care of the problem.

Arguably the only P2P voiceover company with total transparency. It's a competitive platform, so they don't accept people without the skills and recording space required for professional voice work.

The best thing about Armin is that he passionately wants to get business things right. He's outspoken, he's authentic, he's opinionated, confident, and he actually cares. He speaks the truth brutally, (no sugar-coated BS) and if he was a woman he would be a trailblazing dynamo who would easily be revered by females & yet equally marginalized by men.

Bodalgo wants relative success for ALL involved, and for everyone at each level & role to have a fair shot at profit. That is a great business model & it works!!

In a world of unethical agencies, Bodalgo stands out for its integrity. It also stands out for the quality of opportunities provided and its clear terms. The platform “just works.” I happily renew my membership each year.

The best site for casting. Armin vets all the clients and pulls the scammers. This type of protection for the voice actor is paramount and seldom seen on other pay to pay sites.

Great company. Great service. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be more impressed! The efficiency of the platform made the entire casting process seamless. The quality of the talent available was exceptional; I found a range of professional voice actors to choose from, each showcasing diverse styles. Bodalgo truly delivers on its promise of excellence!

The most transparent and honest voiceover P2P site out there.
