Best structural alignment course for athletes, fitness enthusiasts and lifters
The ease with which Gabby held the sessions, explaining complex topics around breathing, structural alignment, tension rebalancing and restoring structure and strength to a body that's been shaped by habits, daily practices and physical workouts!! Concepts were easy to understand and learn, and practice, and the approach to assessing and evaluating clients, working with them and documenting progress were all well tailored. Highly recommend!

Importance of physical health
Nowadays where so busy that we tend to forget that we can improve our quality of life by taking care of our physical health overall.
After some injuries I had over the years I was living with chronic pain. I was even used to it and normalize it.
Gladly, I was able to find this program that after few sessions of practice and really good key exercise it made realize that I really needed to stop neglecting my physical health.
This program really made me stop and improve. Definitely something most people need to do.

Great foundational reset
The organisation, customer service and course delivery were all great.
The exercises really felt like they had impact and helped to reset my body.

At the beginning I thought I don’t have…
At the beginning I thought I don’t have any issues with my body and was kinda of underestimating the whole process. Once I started things were clear and issues came to surface. From hip to ankles to shoulders. In just 21 days I saw lots of improvements. Weekly check in also was detailed, focus d and spot on. Highly recommended.
Body Alignment Training – Truly Life-Changing
I absolutely loved the Body Alignment Training. The exercises were extremely well planned, each one building perfectly on the previous, and the theoretical lessons were excellent. The 3-axis theory was surprisingly easy to understand, even without deep anatomical knowledge.
The support was incredible: every question I asked was answered quickly and thoroughly, and my before/after pictures were assessed in a very professional and helpful way.
But the best part is how it helped me feel my body again. I’m 50 years old, with plenty of old injuries that have kept me sore and frustrated at times. Despite years of training experience and trying many different methods, it has always been difficult to consistently improve my fitness and manage pain. This method changed that. It not only helped me understand the theory, but also allowed me to feel the imbalances and rotations in my own body—down to my bones and fascia. It has become the blueprint for my future training.
I can recommend this program to anyone looking for a real way out of physical pain. Truly transformative.

This is a great program as it helps you connect with your body in unconventional ways. There is intentionality behind it, and the results are surprising yet satisfying.
A great program that brings tangible results 🔝
The program is very well structured, it may fit anybody , from top athletes to common people. Each exercise is explained throughout a video nailing down all the details. If still having doubts you can ask Gaby's staff. The achievements I am proud of are: stronger feet , I fell stable and well balanced ....now I can walk while looking at the ceiling without dizziness or balance loss. My belly is now flat because my lumbar spine is not arching anymore. Neck stiffness disappeared....general body awareness improved thanks to body breathing technique. I really enjoyed the program , everybody should give it a try.
