The staff was super nice, and friendly, and the offices clean. The experience was great.

The staff was fast and courteous. she walked me through and explained everything! She made me feel comfortable and that helped with not being as nervous about everything like I was. It was a wonderful experience and I'd do it again if I could afford to.

Really did her best to make me feel comfortable. Explained what was going to happen. Went over what to expect and plans available.

I’m very impressed with the treatment I’ve received from Alexis, Daisy and Ruth. They are so kind and informative. I feel very safe and comfortable each time I’ve had an appointment.

The girl in charge was very helpful and had a great bedside manner.

The woman that takes measurement and weighs you is excellent! Very sweet and efficient!
The doctor is wonderful. He listens to what your saying and is compassionate.

Honestly what made my experience was the staff, and the environment. They were warm and friendly when I came in, they kept good conversations and office was clean. You can tell everyone works well together and they are like a 2nd family. Oce I went back to the room she got some background and started measurements. I'm not a shy person but she was friendly and professional with directions and explaining what was going on. The procedure was relaxing, I was hesitant on whether or not this would work. To my surprise I had lost 3" overall. She also walked me through pricing never haggled or forced my hand into a purchase. That alone will make me come back. She alo assisted me in a few items they have that would be very beneficial for me. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Great staff, cool office vibe, no pressure explanation of packages.

I’m a very self conscious person about how I look, but the ladies at New Beginnings made me feel very comfortable. It’s a very friendly atmosphere.

Everyone is friendly and very helpful. They work with your schedule. Everything is explain in detail. Totally happy.

The Red light therapy session was very good. I feel like this would be beneficial for your overall well being. It felt really good and the heat which is mild seemed to stay with your muscles and back for a good hour or more after the treatment.
This review would have been a 5 if I had been given an opportunity to sign up for the additional 2 discounted sessions within 24 hours. You are pressured to make that decision on the spot as you finish. I wanted to wait to see how I felt before committing to more sessions.
The receptionist said the Dr told me that as she was explaining the options but I said she did not and when the receptionist asked the answer was no you had to decide now.
I looked at availability and their was not much so I left.
If I had been given the 24 hours to make my decision I would have committed to more as I felt very good afterwards. Too bad marketing policy is not aligned with wellness.

Linda is a super person and a pleasure to take care of all aspects of the treatment.New Beginning is a great place and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in taking further steps to improve your issues as necessary.

The front desk person is so sweet and very helpful. The session was very informative and all of my questions were answered. There was no pressure to purchase anything at this first visit.
