Although my order took more than two weeks to arrive, after a couple of phone calls and an email, my order arrived via Fed Ex which I'm pretty sure I did not pay for. It had a ship date much later than my original order noted as ship date, so they made it right, whatever happened. I'm happy with my order.

Fast response and quality product
I have recently, twice this year, ordered replacements for the Body Cushion. I had worn out my original two covers over the past somwhere-in-the-neighborhood of 20 years using the Body Cusion for the comfort of clients in my massage practice. The quality of the material and the creating of the actual covers is awesome. Meanwhile my Body Cushion continues to live on after all these years! I will be ordering one more set of the body cushion covers sometime in the near future.

I would have been happy BUT....
I would have been happy buying an exact replacement cover for my support system, slate/blue, but they don't offer that, only some awful tan looking covers, so in order to get a matching pelvic section I had to by the core AND cover so it would match. That way Body Support Systems could extract in a very unprofessional manner more money from the professional therapists that use their equipment.
