James was excellent, very knowledgeable and any questions was not a problem to answer. For someone who keeps fit and is conscious of keeping healthy, this was a great experience that has allowed me to recalibrate my training and food management.

I had a body composition scan which only took 3 mins, it was comfortable and relaxing. Then Jack took me through the results explaining exactly what they meant. From this I have identified where my training needs to be focused for improvement which I am now incorporating in my fitness regime. I have my resting metabolic rate so I can now accurately plan my meals to meet my requirements. Jack carried out the scan he was patient, friendly and informative, I have already booked my next scan so this will give me the incentive to follow up with the advice. Can’t recommend enough

A really great experience at BodyView Southampton with Cait. To start with, I was nervous about the vo2 but Cait immediately made me feel really relaxed and confident. She explained my report very clearly, and I'm excited about how I'm going to use this information to step up my training and really get the best out of it. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning! 10/10!

A good website which was very easy to navigate.the operator of the scan machine Cait Bunn was very knowledgeable and helpfull and put me at ease straight away.she also went into great detail as to what the results meant and a plan of action for the future. Well done Cait

Very positive experience, Jack was knowledgeable, patient and took time to answer all my questions. The appointment was not rushed nor was there any pressure up selling you sometimes encounter.

Jack was very good at explaining the process and talking through what to expect. He was patient, thorough and kept me up-to-date on what was happening next. He talked through the results with patience, and answered all my questions throughout. As a data junkie, this was fabulous to see all the numbers and what they meant. Never had any sort of scan before so was not sure what to expect. Cait explained the process very clearly and put me at my ease. After the scans she went through the results and made sure I understood what I was seeing. I went to Bodyview on the recommendation of friends from my gym and have been quite happy to recommend to others following my visit.

I had a DEXA scan as well as a VO2 Max test on a stationary bike. The Dexa scan provides a detailed body composition scan, with very insightful data that will allow you to focus on any areas that could improve overall health or allow you to achieve your specific fitness goals. The VO2 Max test also provides detailed analysis on cardio respiratory fitness providing training zones from a heart rate perspective. Furthermore the team were very receptive to looking into how we can fine tune some of the data to further enhance the insights provided to customers. Facilities are excellent a first class experience
